I pre-ordered my food thru Uber eats, but opted to pick it up in the store myself, since I was pretty close by the restaurant. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a HUGE MISTAKE. I got to the restaurant to pick up my food, and there were several lines of people waiting to be served. I waited my turn, and I was next in line, when some young woman shoves her way up front saying I'm only here to pickup my order. I was ready to lose it, but I bit my tongue, and figured either way I had to be next since I'd finally gotten up to the counter. Then another guy comes in and tries to do the same thing, he's w door dash. I blurted out, I'm here to pickup my order too, and I've been standing here for 20 minutes now. So, finally when a counter person FINALLY turned around, I yelled out that I'm here to pickup an order, and I've been waiting for 20 minutes now. The worker found my meal, but it was ice cold from sitting so long. I said I'd like a fresh warm meal please. He agreed and got one ready, supposedly, but I'm not so sure. Anyhow, I finally get my meal, after a 30 plus minute fiasco, rush to my car to eat at because I'm starving as this point. Then I open my food. Everything was ok, except for the chicken. The nuggets were small, dried out, very bland, and I paid for a 12 piece nugget, which was short several nuggets. At this point there was NO WAY I was getting back in any line to complain and wait another half an hour for service. I feel like the counter person must've just microwaved my cold nuggets or something like that, because like I said, they were small, dry, and tasteless. It's pretty sad when you can spend $15 on a meal, and have it turn into such an unpleasant experience. I'd like a REFUND !!!! And, I definitely will not be goPLEASEing back to this location ever again. The place was totally disorganized, chaotic, & dirty. The staff was an overwhelmed and dysfunctional mess. Read moreMy comment is not about the food at this restaurant, but the employees, I work delivering food and I came to this location @ 1141 Macarthur rd Whitehall pa 18052 on May Wednesday 13th 2020 around 6:45 Pm. They had a very long line in the drive thru and another line of people waiting outside to make their take out orders, they let 4 people in, at the time, which is understandable cause the pandemic, I was already inside after 45 minutes of waiting outside, when another person came in , making the count 5 of us, then ,a worker came yelling at all of us, that we should go outside, out of courtesy, I went out to continue waiting outside for another 30 minutes. I saw with mine own eyes two workers there without masks, Talking all over the food and making jokes about the people waiting outside, saying "let's close the door and send everyone to the drive thru." Customer service must be impeccable and more when it comes to restaurants, if you are worry having more than 4 people in the lobby, why Aren’t you concerned that you have two employees on duty talking all over the food, in the middle of a serious pandemic. Read moreI had the chicken sandwich and a strawberry premium lemonade. Both were very good, highly recommend. The only problem I had with the establishment is their parking lot lines specifically the handicap blue diagonal lines are extremely faded which is very important to me since I came there in my wheelchair lift equipped van that needs 8 ft of space to get in and out of and of course another customer parked me in. The diagonal lines for a van accessible spot are not ADA compliant due to it is not a wide enough egress space to be considered a van accessible parking spot. Also you had the left side double door locked which makes it very difficult for me to get into the establishment using my power wheelchair both doors should have been unlocked. I will reevaluate my review once corrections have been made. Also what annoyed me is they had a person begging for money outside the entrance and the manager fully was aware of it. It should not be allowed for people to loiter and beg for money at your business. I felt very uncomfortable with that person begging there.
