Lets begin from the beginning. I made an order online from the mobile app, because it makes it faster and better and helps the restaurant to know an order is coming and when to expect the pick up. I made the order at 10:58 and wanted to pick it up at 11:17. As I arrived to the location i saw that the drive-through was rapped around the building, but that shouldn't take long it's fast food, and im very Knowledgeable on restaurants as I've ran restaurants and cooked in them myself. To my surprise it took me from when I pulled in at 11:15 to 11:38 to get to the speaker with only 3 car's ahead of me at that point. Then it took 17 minutes to get someone on the speaker so i could tell them im an online order. Then I had to wait in line and finally got to the window at 12:17 and waited 8 min to have someone come to the window to get my money. When I was told the total I requested to get a discount because it's ridiculous to wait over an hour in a drive-through at a fast food chain even when you make an online order. So I get the manager on duty then and she gives me this hard time and that everyone had to wait that long and I said thats not my problem to her, and she responds with its not her's either. I stated that it is because your in charge thats why you make the big bucks she then stormed off. Im giving the 2 stars because she did give me 25٪ off and the girl in the front was very kind and curious and really did show that she cared and was apologetic for the wait. Now that been said if I was to run that store and had a drive-through time of over an hour i would have taken people's orders and given that 25% off because that what you do in that situation. Or you give them something to make them happy. I'd be giving 4 or even 5 star ratings today if that had happened but unfortunately I got the crab of the day. I hope this can be helpful to someone and I'd recommend the young lady who help the best she could on 1/23/2020 to be promoted because that the kind of employee I'd love to have running...
Read moreAh, White Castle, the gastronomic theater where the saga unfolds, starring yours truly as the intrepid epicurean protagonist. Picture this culinary odyssey: a quest for those elusive, square-shaped treasures – the legendary sliders.
As I, Josh, embark on this gastronomic escapade, the aroma of sizzling onions and seasoned patties wafts through the air, setting the stage for a savory symphony. The journey unfolds with the anticipation of a blockbuster, each slider representing a plot twist more enticing than the last.
Enter the Castle of White, a fast-food fortress guarded by the mystical Crave Case. It's a cinematic moment as I approach the counter, armed with an appetite and a determination to conquer the slider spectacle. The cashier, a culinary oracle, takes my order – the key to unlocking the flavorful narrative.
The sliders, like protagonists in a comedy of flavors, make their grand entrance, revealing layers of comedic relief in the form of pickles, onions, and that oh-so-secretive special sauce. Each bite is a punchline, a burst of umami humor that resonates with my taste buds.
Amidst the tableaux of sliders and fries, I, the valiant eater, face challenges that test my capacity for delight. The plot thickens with each sip of the fizzy elixir, adding effervescent levity to the storyline. And let's not forget the crinkle-cut fries – the unsung heroes of this gastronomic epic.
As the credits roll, and my stomach attains a level of satisfaction akin to a cinematic climax, I reflect on the journey through White Castle. It's not just a meal; it's a blockbuster experience where the protagonist (that's me, Josh) conquers hunger with a triumphant belch, marking the end of a comedic and delicious saga. Fade out on the satisfied grin of a protagonist who, against all odds, conquered the crave-worthy quest at...
Read moreMy wife and I visited your restaurant in Whitehall Pennsylvania in July, the food was greasy and nasty. I literally threw it all up on the highway on our way back home. We traveled all the way from Oswego NY to Whitehall PA (closest restaurant) to get White Castle. We have been to that location multiple times over the past 4 years and never had any issues. The food was always delicious and stayed in our stomachs where it belonged. Until this past time. We complained, never got a response. So we put a claim in on our bank for the money back and someone at your place sent the claim back and took the money back. Before this past visit, I loved White Castle and I don't intend on judging it on one bad visit, assuming I get my money refunded. Your restaurant put out a bag product, it made someone sick. Customer service is all about not serving food to the customer that you wouldn't eat yourself. These sliders were so greasy, the chicken rings were covered in salt far more than usual, the fries were dry and burnt on several. Nothing was delicious that time and on a normal visit, everything is delicious. That being said, I don't enjoy paying for food that I throw up 20 minutes later. I'm addition, that day trip turned out to be our only one this summer, literally the only thing we got to do and the throwing up on the side of the highway, my car door and my boot....kinda ruined it. I know that it isn't the fault of whomever reads this, so I'm not angry with you individually. I am mad at the company and want my hard earned money back. To be honest, we thought I had food poisoning initially....that's how unpleasant it was. I have messaged on the website and through Facebook and have gotten no response from either. My next step after this is a...
