NASTY!!! The staff is nasty in both appearance and attitude. The location is nasty inside and out. They basically make up their own operating practices as they go.
I enjoy eating Burger King and unfortunately I can only eat it now when on other parts of town. I refuse to go to the BK, less than a mile away from my house, and spend my money.
During my last visit my jaw literally dropped when I pulled up and seen a (poorly) handwritten sign that read "drive-thru open after 11 am"??????
When I went inside I started to have 2nd thoughts but really wanted BK breakfast. 2 of the 3 people ahead of me had to give parts of their order back because it wasn't fresh resulting in longer waits for everyone.
After placing my order I stepped back from the counter and really took in the surroundings.
The customer side of the floor was greasy, the server side of the floor had dried splats of Ketchup, fries, and nuggets from the previous NIGHT. Obviously no one cleaned before closing, opening, or even while open. The air smelled of rotten mops. There was only one manager and a cashier working. The manager was both cooking and preparing food, not wearing gloves, her clothes were dirty as she leaned on the counter where food was being prepped, food that fell off the wrappers was tossed in with the sandwiches before wrapping. And my last straw was watching her wipe her hands on her dirty clothes and go back to making food.
I thought to myself "You know self, I don't think I have time for food poisoning today".
I politely asked for my order to be cancelled and requested a refund. The cashier called back to the manger to cancel the order and said she needed help with the refund. By this point, everyone before me had been served, and a person after me was placing an order. '
I see the manager proceeding to make sandwiches and I asked the cashier if she could, again, tell her that it wasn't necessary to make my order, that I just wanted a refund.
The manager decides she's going to make the person behind me's order before coming to give me a refund. NO! NO ma'am you are not!
I yelled back to the manager, "Excuse me, since you wont be making my order can I just my refund?" She yells back at me, I'm the only one back here, I have to get these orders filled... looking around... which orders??? There were none before mine, and the one after mine was going to wait while you mine was made anyway.
I said "No, I need you to serve me in the proper order. He was after me. Thank you!" It further assured me that I made the right choice in not spending my money or time there,...
Read moreMy husband and I went there on a early Sunday afternoon. There were no cars in the lot or at drive through. We wondered if it was even open. Took several minutes for someone to even come to the intercom.Nothing pleasant about this person at all!!! We asked if the ChicKing was available because a few days earlier when I went after work,they said they were out. We got a yep,she immediately put it on the screen,put the size and drink. She didn't even ask what size or drink we wanted. My husband wanted something else and wanted to look at the menu to see.She kept interrupting him when he would try to place an order and kept saying what do you want.I told him to drive away. I'm usually the calm and polite one in situations like this but I couldn't take the disrespect anymore. I contacted the corporate who sent back an email saying a manager from the location would contact me . That never happened. This location is close to home and work and I have been going there since I was a kid. Well guess what,NO MORE!! I work at a retailer down the street from them and have heard nothing but complaints from them about this location. Read moreMy girlfriend and I were ordering through the drive through. we asked for a cheeseburger, only lettuce. The person said what. we repeated the order. They then ask "no meat?" so I respond. I did get louder, but I did not have an aggressive tone. I said " no. cheeseburger. ON-LY LETT-UCE" and she still couldnt understand me. then out of nowhere she said "okay plain cheeseburger first window". we were not done with our order.
when we got to the window we finished our order. The whole time the drive-through employee was slaming their window every time they opened and closed it. We asked for a sprite no ice, and got full ice in our sprite. we never got lettuce on the cheeseburger.
