If I could give them a 0 I would but the Assistant manager was amazing. Here is what happen. Okay for one I will never order from you guys again. I would rather go to another pizza place. One I got a call form the Assistant manager because when we got our food it was ice cold and brunt and I told him I would like my money back. So he called me last night I was in bed because I am sick and he told me to call back eighther that night which maybe i should of after all this and that i can get my money back or an instore credit will sorry i want my money back after are food was almoat 2 hours late or call the store in the morning to talk to the General manager. So that's what we did we told him what the other Manger said and he said I need to know a name so I got it for him he got even more mad and got rude. I don't know how he can even be a General manager the way he treats his customers I'm scared to see how he treats people who work there. He said will for 60 we don't give back money we give in store credit. I don't want anymore food from you after the way you treated me I just want my money back he got even more rude and then said he wanted pictures. Our food was supposed to be delivered by 4:20 pm we didn't get our food tell 6 pm. It was ice cold brunt my kids who have autism could not eat the food. He was trying to call me a liar. I am not a liar I am also going to report this so called General manager to the Corporate office they need to know how this man treats his customers. I will not ever deal with this guy again. Let me tell you this if you are the one reading this. You need to treat people how you want to be treated because let me tell you now the way you treat people is so disgusting and disrespectful I am sure you where raised so much better then that. Orders are always late. Order delivery for 6:00pm, call at 6:20pm asking where it is, put on hold for 15 minutes, hang up on me. Call back, put on hold for 20 minutes. Oh they are just making it! I ask if I get a discount or maybe throw in something free. We'll see. Food arrives at 7:30pm. It is cold, old, and they actually didn't get me all my brownies. No discount or anything, instead I get less than I paid for. I complain, no response.
Order to pick up. Arrive on time. Wait 30 minutes for my food.
Order delivery. Arrives an hour late. Cold.
Order delivery. Get wrong order. Correct order shows up 2 hours later.
Order to pick up. Show up on time, not ready. Wait 40 minutes.
Seriously, I will never, ever order from here again. Never. Donatos is great but this location is so poorly run, nothing will change until everyone refuses to order from here. They need an effective manager. They had issues before the pandemic, so don't tell me it's shortage of workers. It has always had issues and I finally got sick of wondering if my pizza will arrive only 45 minutes late and be good or 90 minutes late and be complete garbage and missing half my items. I thought it was the delivery drivers but I order to pickup and get the same issue.
I will go out of my way to avoid this place. They could offer me a free pizza and I'll refuse. I don't care. I'm done with them.
Update/Edit: All the bad reviews get the same response: send feedback to customer-service. I did this each and every time I had an issue and no one contacted me. I said they could call me. Nothing. Not once did anyone contact me. Nothing changed. Again, even if they gave me coupons for free pizza, I will not go here. Never again. They need new management and some serious changes. Read moreHave had multiple negative experience with this Donatos location for around two years now. Unfortunately, it's the only one in range that delivers. However, my most recent experiences will likely have me getting out and driving to pick up at another store anyway.
When you order there's about a 80% chance your pizza won't be ready until two plus hours after you make the order. Even if it's a Wednesday. A particularly bad example of this was around the end of last year where I ordered at 9pm, was given the delivery time of 12am, called to confirm and the person hardly spoke a word. Just enough words to confirm the time was accurate??? 12am? On a wednesday???
Pizza almost always arrives cold. I've gotten two pizzas with entirely no cheese (no I did not order it that way), and various items forgotten entirely so the delivery driver couldn't do anything to rectify it besides telling me to call. And, at this location, it's rather hard to call in half the time. Mostly because the person who answers is obviously swamped with WAY too many tasks, or it's someone else who's just not receptive to you at all.
Therefore, I've gotten the impression that the place needs an over-hall. Maybe, due to it's location, it's incredibly busy and low staffed for it? Or maybe there's poor management and lack of resources. Or all of the above. Either way I look forward to the day that Donatos might address this location's issues.
