I would most definitely give this restaurant zero stars and it’s not because of the food, or because of the service, it’s 100% the manager at this establishment. Scheduling teenagers who have school the next day, until midnight is crazy, what are the child labor laws because that doesn’t seem right, especially on a school night. When the manager knows for sure that my sister is in school and IS UNDER 18, why is she getting scheduled on midnight on a school night? When she was brought up to her attention(mind you she makes that schedule) she was angry with my mother when she went to call about it. Hey so! I actually worked at this Taco Bell, and my manager was actually really accommodating when it came to my after-school activities, never was I ever scheduled at midnight on a school night when I worked there. I’m calling corporate, don’t even bother applying if you’re a high school student, this manager absolutely does not care about anything to do with high school activities or teens having school early in the morning, my sister has brought up her after-school activities to this lady, after being accommodating and working when she asks her to come in, she’s simply just rude and doesn’t deserve the job. No reason to have a fight and being rude to my mother on the phone for asking questions about her availability for after-school activities or even just scheduling a 16 year old late on a school night. Calling corporate:) hope you have a nice...
Read moreLast night the drive thru was packed. We waited about 15-20min just to place our order. As we pull up to the window we are greeted by a young guy named Dylan. This guy was awesome from the start!!! When you work with people on a daily basis you have to be a people person and that's exactly what he was. He made my son and I laugh from the moment he opened the window and we continued to as we pulled away to head home. After waiting about 8mins at the window, he opened the window not to give us our food or to say sorry it would be a few more minutes before it would be ready. Nope he opened the window and told my son and I a joke. What could have been an experience that made me refuse to ever give them my business again turned it to an experience of jokes and laughter. As I always say l, customer service is everything when you work with the public. This dude definitely deserves some recognition for his awesome customer service and upbeat personality!!! Companies should not only value employees like him, but to strive to keep and recognize employees like him. Because its employees like this guy. That keep people not only coming back, but talking highly of their business. I really hope that the right person reads this so that this young man can receive the praise...
Read moreOriginally, I had this review written over 2 years ago. Since then, this particular Taco Bell has gotten a remodeling with new menu items, but despite the "face-lift" it's still the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The prices went up it seems, but the amount of food for the money seems to have gone down. That's just a general issue I have with it. The specific problem I have is the time it takes to receive the food. Went through the drive-thru, was told to go to the window by the doors to wait since the lobby was closed, & sat there in my car for over 10 minutes. I finally called the store I was sitting beside to see what was wrong, & they told me they forgot about my order. Forgot! Well, I may have forgotten how bad this location was, but I remember now. There are 2 different Mexican restaurants within a mile of this Taco Bell. I'd suggest spending the extra money at one of them. At least they care about getting the order to...
