This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Everytime I go my order is wrong and I've only been there 3 times. I ordered burgers with bacon and not one had bacon on them. I returned and asked for it to be corrected with fresh food. They fixed the burgers with bacon and made them fresh. I know this because the cheese was not melted and still cold. I didn't get ketchup or mustard on my burgers, instead I got BBQ sauce. The fries just got back dropped down in the fryer and we're soggy and full of oil. I'm an executive chef and can tell when that happens. The worst McDonald's ever hands down and I've been to them all over the country. Never going back again. I understand that it's a job and it can be hard at sometimes but it was dead. So dead that the staff was flirting with each other and not professional at all. A staff member was all over the girl that handed me my order when i got it the first time when it was wrong. Maybe management should be changed because it is not a professional environment nor fair to the people who spend their hard earned money there. It's a restaurant not just a McDonald's and people expect a certain level of performance and class. It really needs to be looked into esspecially since it is new and has been open for...
Read moreBrand new McDonald's. The service was far better than I ever remember from a McDonald's. I had a burger which is a quarter pounder w/cheese, but with lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. It was I must admit the very best burger from McDonald's I had ever had. I ordered w/o mayo and when I Inquired to ensure there was indeed no mayo manager who served me responded it definitely had non as he made it. So either he has mad burger skills (along with being very friendly and courteous) or McDonald's has really stepped up their game. The vibe from employees was awesome. Although fairly automated, as it stands now the mix is great. Great people make the difference. I hope McDonald's learns the right lessons from their new approach. Because I'll be honest, I could never support any restuarant that completely automated their operations. Eliminate the people then you must ask yourself what value is there really to the community in which the business operates? But as of now this mix of people and technology seems to be a good one and this McDonald's just earned a customer back. I must stress that the service was awesome! Friendly and with that air of people who take pride in what their doing, And it came through...
Read moreThe new McDonald’s location across the street from Wawa. Well it needs a lot of work. Went inside to order some food to go. While I was waiting I’ve heard about 4 customers complaining about the quality of the food or lack of ingredients. Thought maybe I’d be the lucky few with no issues. Well my burger was missing the onion straws it was supposed to come with and one patty was falling apart. Heard about 3 different employees asking other employees how things worked. (Kitchen machines). Employees were nice but they all seemed clueless like it was everyone’s first week of working there. Even one of what appeared to be the manager didn’t know about their computers. And as I was driving away with my food one of the employees was walking out screaming curse words. Nice new restaurant but it really needs work. Also I could of heard wrong but pretty sure I heard two customers talking about going to use the restroom but it was locked for some reason. Maybe their restrooms are only one person stalls I have no clue. It is a smaller McDonald’s, not much bigger then the one in Walmart. Anyway I’ll give them a try some day but...
