Burlington — Local services in Whitehall

Terrible terrible horrible store!! Product was laying all over the floor, you basically would be tripping over the shoes that are all over the floor, the carpetings were all over the floor clothing we're all over the floor!! It was terrible I could not find anything and left there very unsatisfied will never go back to that Burlington. I just received a comment back from somebody that apparently has stated that that is not their normal for the store being so disorganized and a complete wreck and lack of any assemblance. That is not true that stores always a wreck! I have gone there prior to this last experience and that experience was the same I just assumed maybe it was that one time due to the holiday. But apparently it was not. It's more like walking through a hurricane or a store that is closing and having a everything must Go sale! I would hope that whoever responded to this last message would walk into that store at any point in time and see how disorganized, disheveled, shoes more on the floor than on the shelves, underwear section completely ripped apart and bags opened let alone no product left that hasn't been opened or thrown on the floor, clothing half on the floor half on the wrong racks, carpeting, throw pillows, home good section completely in disarray. Before asking me to come again you need to go to your store or your DM or GM needs to go to your store and weed through the weak and create a storefronting process which will make it easier to shop and more appealing. I don't think I'd ever go back there again unless I hear from others that maybe it...

First and foremost the store was in complete disarray!! Could not find sizes at all any bigger than a 1X and no men's underwear and a bigger than a smaller medium and half of them were ripped open and laying all over the floor. Shoe section was a disgrace and trying to find something for my wife was on this impossible due to nothing was in the right size on the right rack and was also a complete cluster hell!! I'd rather pay extra money for a better quality anyway then go there again and have to sift through their mayhem!! I'm sure half of it is due to ride customers, but at no point should there not be associates on the floor constantly trying to make it at least have some type of assemblance. Not worth the deal you might get on something that's already been ripped or lying...

I love Burlington, but this location has to the most messy location I have ever been to. I was recently in this Burlington, and in just about every part of the store, it was a pigsty. In the home department, there were products all over the floor, products on the shelves were broken or damaged. Pictures that they sell were all over the place, rather than on the bars they have built to put them in. Once you get close to walking where the check out is, there are products tossed everywhere on the shelves. In the shoe department, nothing is organized, things are all mixed, same with the clothes. Not to mention that people have their kids running all over the place, knocking things over, and that is probably how things are damaged. This place is...
