Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Whitehall

Young man at front desk took my order, but did not order what I told him I want.

Food was barely warm and chicken, vegs and rice not cooked to order as they had been before. And I could tell chicken was not breast as I had ordered.

I took bowl up to front counter and told employee I was not given what I ordered. One of the cooks looked at bowl and said " that's chicken thigh, not breast". He said guy who took my order did not order chicken breast. Cook said he will make new orderl for me. But new bowl still contained chicken thigh as well as chicken breast. We both ordered extra vegs, which we did not get like last time. Very disappointed with Teriyaki Madness.

Original review: Chicken breast had good char and was great. Chose fried rice for chicken breast bowl. All bowls come with veg, but definitely need more of them.

I had such a great experience at Teriyaki Madness! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it—everything tasted like it was cooked with care. The restaurant was clean and had a really welcoming vibe, which made the meal even better.

What stood out the most, though, was the service. Johneilys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. I really like this place for the most part the portions are usually pretty good, but sometimes the vegetables taste like they’re freezer burnt. Twice i’ve ordered and had this issue, it can ruin the dish if i’m being honest. The store in whitehall is clean and usually pretty quick, but once i went in there and waited 10 minutes for the bathroom, once they came out(when another employee knocked because customers were waiting in line to order) 3 girls came out , 2 workers and a random girl. This was a single person bathroom. I found this weird and it annoyed me that i waited that long to use the bathroom and it was 2 employees who were supposed to be up front.
