Treated badly & falsely accused June 2025

I went to tailgater 6/2/2025 (this is most of the story, not all) Brooke: Owner

I went to get a BLT, as I pulled up, Brooke and her sister was in the parking lot talking. There was a heavy set wht man standing there as well. I've never seen him before, but he was desperate to get in on it.

I tried pulling into the slot but one of the sisters was bending over talking to the other sister (Brooke) through her truck window.

I tried to pull in. But one of the sisters did not move. All she had to do was stand up straight.

I didnt go to the slot next to it because, I thought that it belonged to the barber shop.(respect)

I also feel that the sisters thought that they can talk to me however they wanted to because it was their bar. They were extremly disrespectful.

My God, I came there to:

1. Buy food (BLT)
2. Have a few drinks while I was there in other words....spend money!

I thought that Brooke and her sister was nice, heck they brought me a drink on my birthday so I thought that they were cool. So, in fun I SHOUTED out...being funny " move dat a$$ "..... lol

OMG!! They both attacked me!!!! and the heavy set man too. Brooke appeared to already be angry as I was pulling in while talking to her sister.

The younger sister, yelled at me and told me to move over to the other slot!! So I said, wait a minute, I cant park here? mind you there were no other parking slots other than the barber shop spot. The only other place was next to chase bank and where the Cota park and ride is. Wayyyy up the street.

Fast forward....... at this point Brooke was out of the truck, yelling at me. She said that I was rude, I said Brooke, I was just joking when I said " MOVE DAT A$$ ". I thought that I was cool with them as i come in every now and then because I live in Pataskala, Ohio. I was in town coming from my daughters house two blocks away helping her clean her garage out.

I am not a regular but they seem nice. Anyhow.....Brooke got nasty and said to me that I should call the Police on you because you vandalized my property/ building. In my mind, I said...call the Police?

I ask Brooke, " what did I do?" She pointed at the building and it said "REIS " spelled differently. I said .......why would I write on the building? I am 62.

Whoever is reading this, I own 2 properties myself, so why would I come all the way in town just to write on someones building? That's not my personality and I dont talk to people. I also come and go.

Instead of accussing me because of my name, "Could she just look at the freaking security camera?! " and ask the barber shop if she (Brooke) can look at theirs while she is at it?

People, there are 3 other reis's that come in tailgaters. She said that she asked the one Reese if he did it, but he said NO, like he is going to tell her that he vandalized her building!

I found out 3 weeks ago that there was a young man with the same name as mine because they called him and I looked too.

The reason that Brooke attacked me is because I have personalized plates of the same name.

So, if she can ask him (Reese), why did she not ask me instead of accussing me of vandalism at age 62 and a threat to call the police on me and I did nothing but be black.

The name on the wall looked like the writing of a 4th grader, so I said to Brooke, let me show you my handwritting and she said NO!! , I dont want to see it.

Personallly, I think that she was upset about what her and her sis was talking about and took her BS out on me.

At some point in the conversation I ask them...... " IS THIS WHT PEOPLE ATTACK BLACK PEOPLE DAY ?" because all three of them attacked me and accussed me of vandalism that I didn't do because of my NAME.

I LIVE IN PATASKALA!!!!! I DID NOT DO IT!!!! LOOK AT YOUR SECURITY VIDEO!!!! Out of the 4 Reese's /Reis that come in there....IT WAS NOT I !!!!

I dont appreciate being attacked for no reason! BROOKE & LITTLE SISTER YOU ARE WRONG and now you are showing the bad/other side of you.

Please read! Never seen something this racist…. As I was parking to get in, police was there & some men was outside .. from what I heard I’m not exactly sure but apparently he got physical with the bartender. Another young lady stated she wasn’t there when it happened … but as she arrived she was trying to apologize to the bartender as she knew the guy who assaulted her, the bartender MJ stated she did not care she did not accept her apology and she told her she shouldn’t have invited those “black thugs”. Now right is right and. wrong is wrong, the young lady stated she wasn’t even present and yet apologized for someone else’s actions just to get a racial comment in return. Maybe it was the heat of the moment and too soon for apology but the comment was not nice period. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Even different races can be violent it wasn’t necessary to target African Americans because that happened to her. So if a Caucasian person would’ve did that; what name will they have? SMH The lady MJ said the racial comment to the young lady and she went to her car crying; and yet she wasn’t even there when it happened . Any African Americans that was buying drinks shouldve left & the young man working there (Stevie) honestly should have quit. That’s highly uncalled for and at this point I won’t return and will tell my friends to not return. We do not support businesses like this. I am Caucasian saying this as well, this is unbelievable . They need to publicly apologize for the comment, as I feel bad she was assaulted but now it gives off it’s...

The food and atmosphere was amazing. I would eat here every day if I lived in Ohio just for the incredible value. Marie was my bartender and waitress and I could not have gotten better service. Whatever they are paying her is too little, so noce and attentive to every detail/need. 16 wings, fries, and two beers for $23 can...
