Only have been here twice. First time they messed up my order. Whatever no big deal mistakes happen. I tried again another weekend. I went through drive thru. The menus outside show certain prices. So when I got my total I was pretty shocked. I asked for the receipt to make sure I’m not crazy. They doubled the prices on everything I ordered. I called and they said they changed their prices and I let them know that nobody informed me. She said there’s a sign inside. Well I went through drive thru so that’s not so helpful. She said there’s nothing she would do to make it right. She said the person taking my orders should’ve let me know. Mind you, the person who took my order was maybe 8-9 years old. The bear claw was pretty underwhelming - they very conservatively stuffed it with apples. The chocolate mini chocolate chip-covered donut, however, was delicious. That was arguably the most delicious donut I have ever eaten. I will note, though, that I already like chocolate chips anyway. The staff was really cool, seemed to be...

Right in the middle of us giving her our order, she just walks away without saying a word. We just said never mind loud enough where we hoped someone would hear us, and drove right down the road to Shipley’s doughnuts. You know, with all of the businesses that are closing in Whitehouse, you would think the ones that are still open would go out of their way to provide decent customer service. There are a ton of doughnut shops in the 20 mile square radius, why give me a reason? Never again...
