Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Whitehouse

My fiancé came in and ordered a caramel blizzard Cheyenne the woman at the front counter REFUSED to make a simple caramel blizzard and she decided to give my fiancé after he paid a salted caramel truffle blizzard (unfortunately I do not like chocolate or salted caramel). Also he ordered two chili cheese dogs with mustard and we received two chili cheese dogs without mustard. One of the chili cheese dogs looked like someone flipped it or completely scooped all of the chili and cheese to the side of the food container. My fiancé called back to talk to the manager and the manager did not apologize for her rude employees and rude service. I do not recommend going to this diary queen not only will they not give you what you ordered but they will not pack your order properly. Will be taking my business else where and informing a lot of people I know not to go to this diary queen due to this experience we had. If I coud post the picture of the chili dog I would but unfortanly I can not but I will be more than happy to sent the picture to corporate and make a complaint about their customer service at...

Drive thru is extremely slow! So one day I pick up my order inside and find this on the counter. It put a smile on my face to see it in a public place! God is so good!

I had ordered blizzards before leaving the house. I know they are not to be made until I pick up. I get to the drive thru and tell them the name the order is under. There are 3 cars ahead of me and now 2 behind me. I was waiting for about 20 minutes until I could get to the window. I would have called in and canceled my order and left but I was stuck because of the curb and all the cars in front and back of me. Fine I sit and wait. I get my 2 blizzards and pay $12+ and they gave already started melting. No turning them upside down Lol. Its not the young girls fault because she is doing as she is told. I say that because I have never seen this one Dairy Queen to have other customers to drive around and wait for their HOT food. Just something that would help the line move faster. Placed an order to go. Went in to pick it up and the employees did not acknowledge me standing at the counter for a while. Paid for my order.....not even a THANK YOU. I was handed one cup and the young lady said nothing. I had to ask if that was for my water. Waited about 10 more minutes and could see my order ready back where the coom sits it up on the counter to be picked up. Once I finally got my order I had to ask for my 2 cups for tea. My order was 2 #1's with half/hAlf teas and a water. The young lady obviously didn't believe me when I asked for the 2 cups because she asked to see my receipt. She sat 2 cups on and counter and never said a word. I then had to ask for a carrier. She proceeded to sit it on the counter and never asked if I needed anything else, any help, thank you and come see us again........... NOT A WORD!
