Dunkin' — Restaurant in Whitemarsh Township

I just started coming to this Dunkin because my office changed locations and this is close to work. I must say, the service here is by far the best I have had at ANY Dunkin. I will wait and drive an hour to work and pass many other Dunkin's just to visit this one because of how amazing the drive through staff is. They smile, laugh, joke with you early in the morning and it's a great start to my day. As a hiring manager in customer service, I want to selfishly steal their employees. You guys are the absolute best. Keep making a difference, because although it may seem like "just coffee" I'm sure there are many like me who look forward to seeing...

I love the location of this Dunkin. Right near my work, right near the turnpike entrance, around the corner from my house. But I cannot go here anymore. On three separate visits, 1. Gave me the wrong order, someone else's. 2. Wrong coffee order and 3. Wrong coffee order. 3 screwups in less than 2 weeks. Im on the road for my job, sometimes I don't drink the coffee till I'm already on the pa turnpike, I don't have time to turn around and get a replacement. This Dunkin' Donuts has been open for a year and this week was the first time I was there. Very convenient location. I used the drive thru for 2 dozen donuts and they were ready by the time I got to the window. Bonus they sell 8lbs. bags of ice too. If your a parent in the area and have a school, scout work event you know this crucial. So, you can get boxed coffee, donuts and ice in the drive thru. Brilliant! I visited this site 3 this...
