Management and employees are very rude..ordered a big order $45 worth..well they didn't put 10 piece nugget I ordered in bag so when I got home my kid didn't have her food..tried to call them several times to no prevail and so I drove all the way back 20 minutes to get the nuggets and the manager was rude...I asked to be compensated with 2 apple pies for my time and gas and aggravation and she rudely said not 2 but I will do one so give me the one apple pie and I will buy the other one since this was yalls fault..so she slammed a pie in a bag and shoved it to me and I repeated myself about buying the other and she told me that I had to pull up and she would take my money there so I pulled up and waited 15 minutes and finally a guy came out and asked was I getting the pie and if I wanted to purchase one I had to go back around and get back in drive thru line..I told him I was not cause the line is too long and it wouldn't have took but 3 minutes for me to purchase one at the window and I would have been on my way but I been there for 30 minutes dealing with rudeness and a problem that was not my fault so he could take my money here and not ever worry about me...

I went to the drive through today ordered a quarter pounder meal a happy meal cheeseburger and two different pies. They gave me my kids meal at the window and then as I found out the last time quarter pounder meals are made to order. So I was pulled to the last window and waited 15 minutes from the to bring me the rest of my food and they only brought me just my meal not my pies. So I called inside and the person identified themselves as a manager and I explained to them what happened and she sent said she was sending someone with my pies. This is my lesson learned I didn't look in the bag and and when I got home one of the pies was wrong. Next, My husband and I was asked to move to last window. No one was behind me. So I told them there was no need too cause no one was in line and I will move up if someone does.Then, Another lady came to the window, explained there was a sensor on the window and it looks like they weren't doing a good job if a car sits there to long. My husband explained you are if it takes to long. No matter what window your car is sitting at. My thought: I hope they put a sensor on both windows.
