Arby's — Restaurant in Whitewater

Wow this was a really bad experience. The wait was too long at the drive through at 4:25 p.m. it took us 15 minutes to get a 2 for $8 dip and Swiss, 6 chicken nuggets and a slider. When after waiting that long we got our food it was all cold. All of it. The chicken nuggets were warmish, and the beef on our sandwiches might as well have been cold. The au jus that goes with the Swiss dips was watery with zero flavor and was also lukewarm. I might as well have run the tap water into a cup and dipped my sandwich into that. Wow just awful. I went through the drive through at 7:45. after about sitting there for 3 mins, no one took my order over the intercom. I pulled up to the window and there was an employee in the restaurant. I sat at the window for about 2 minutes and I know she could see me because she kept slightly turning around. I then proceeded to leave the drive thru and as i was leaving she made direct eye contact with me. Also As I was leaving, another car was in drive through and his order was taken. My wife and I stopped by this Arby's this morning to order three sandwiches. I ordered their wagyu hamburger. My wife ordered their Reuben sandwich. And Ithe third sandwich was the regular beef. I thought the wagyu hamburger was tasty. My wife's Ruben was ice cold. And the third sandwich was cold as well. We had also ordered fries and those were cold. We also requested some Arby's sauce for the beef sandwich and that was not provided I don't think we will be back here again. I don't think we will back here again. We will not be back here again....
