Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Whitewater

Ordered our food online. 6:48 pm. Gave them time to make the food. Paid for the food and was told it was not done yet. At 7:25 pm. guy that claims he is the manager asked what I was waiting for and told him. He was looking around all dumbfounded and said I know I prepped it. Well no he did not as it hadn't been made. Said I could cancel the order if I would like and I told him well we do need to eat dinner. The one delivery driver whom states he don't work in that store said to me on his way out the door "Well it's not our fault". Finally got our food and I asked the guy if he was the manager he said yes, I said ok because I would be giving a review and they were not going to like it. As I turned to leave the so called manager announced to the entire place that I was going home to leave a bad review. I believe his name was John. He seemed to not know what he was doing and kept pulling orders out of the delivery bags because he didn't think the order was right. When I told him I would be leaving a review I also said to him I feel we should be compensated for his mistake and he said "I agree you should but I can't do that". Their hand tossed crust is ALWAYS flat like a thin crust. I worked at dominos for 5 years, the only reason for that is because they are using dough that is not proofed or is over proofed, either way the dough is bad. I also like a side of Alfredo sauce with my bread knots/bites and have been told that is has eggs (which it does not), that it cannot be served cold, and cannot be served individually. However, I have gotten from every other store without problem and the website says it is egg free, can be eaten cold, and can be served individually. So I ordered from this particular domino’s 1 time and got food poisoning from undercooked chicken. Literally ridiculous. I then call them telling them I got food poisoning and they just said “oh okay, well we do things correctly here” I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry” I wasn’t too mad at first because I didn’t know if it was just me or the food, but then my friend also ends up getting sick!! I call back and no answer. I then called dominos headquarters and was told that this was a franchise and I would be getting the money back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
