China a gogo — Restaurant in Whitney

This place offers the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Employees are extremely unfriendly never smile no matter how much you thank them no matter how much you smile at them all you receive is dirty looks. They offer a lunch special until 4:00., however when you call them 5 minutes before 4:00 to receive the lunch special they will not give it to you . They make up lies to try to save $2 on an egg drop soup. However when you dine in they expect you to tip them for this bad service that they give. I will never be returning to this restaurant again I recommend that anybody thinking about going here choose a different restaurant. For myself personally part of the experience is the service that I receive and if I receive nothing but cold body language and negativity that even takes the flavor of the food away and make the whole experience not worth it. My family and I have dined here regularly however for them apparently saving $2 is worth losing your business along with all your friends and family who would have been spending money in the future. Congratulations restaurant owners you saved $2 and lost about $400 worth of revenue from us and anybody that will be reading this post throughout the future you'll continue to lose revenue. You are extremely smart business owners seems as though all the employees missed the course on business-economics. Anybody with any type of business sense whatsoever would see what an extremely big mistake this was. I really hope the owner reads this post and either retrains everybody in the restaurant or hires new employees because they are making your establishment look extremely bad this is not the correct way to run...

Literally witnessed my food prepared. Lid popped open no biggie, right? The gal who bussed the tables, scraping food that was already eaten, into a bin and spraying chemicals, to wipe the table down...she ran over to answer the phone. She never washed her hands and proceeded to finish the to go order.. meaning she bussed a table, answered phones, calculated the order on their point of service system screen then touched the box to close it and wrap up my to go order...I saw another chef wrapping up his lunch break, pulled up his shirt to scratch his stomach and his back end...he disappeared for a bit but then came out to cook on the line. I pray he washed his hands. 2nd time coming to this place....never again. Disgusting.

Food was decent (oh and fortune cookies with no cookies). poor customer service. Ordered well ahead, paid on arrivall, waited 20 mins and after trying to get someone's attention ( kept being ignored) finally found out my order was ready before I paid so food was soggy by the time I was able to eat it. Spent over $40 for soggy egg rolls and rangoons and semi warm entrees.

There was a toddler running back and forth from the dining area to the kitchen. The lady at the register picked him up and sat him on the counter. When he was digging his hands into the box of cookies that were next to the register, she picked him up and held him while answering phones and ringing up orders... I understand being a working parent, really I do, but I was worried the servers were going to trip over the toddler as he kept running into the kitchen. Or the kiddo falling off or knocking over the to go food orders when sitting on...

My favorite place to go. I use to go on different China go go. The only thing is the delivery option. Their delivery guy looks like always in a rush. They deliver food in my house and the food are all over the bag and the sauces are all over I called as soon as I open the bag. And on my surprise the guy who answered the phone the one who take my order on the phone assist and do his best for us to be satisfied with our order. They send another food with just 30mins interval by the time I called up to the time they delivered. I will recommend this place. I always take my family here to eat and order for delivery whenever I needed. And I can say that the food is 100% good.

UPDATE: NOT SURE IF THEY CHANGE OWNER BUT THE SERVICE HERE IS NOT THE SAME ANYMORE. WORKERS BECOME RUDE AND TALK TO YOU IN A MANNER LESS ATTITUDE. I ALWAYS COME HERE TO DINE With my FAMILY OR ORDER FOR DELIVERY BUT THIS PLACE BECOME UNPLEASANT. THE GUY WHO USE TO WORK HERE IS NOT THERE ANYMORE SO THERE IS NO ONE WHO IS NICE AS HIM ANYMORE. EITHER THRY GIVE YOU ATTITUDE BECAUSE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND YOU OR ATTITUDE BECAUSE YOU TRY TO UNDERSTAND THEM WHILE ORDERING FOOD. HOPEFULLY THIS PLACE GO BACK TO AS WHAT IT IS BEFORE. WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A LOT OF PEOPLE NOT JUST FAMILY...
