Awful. Absolutely awful. This place is horrible for dine in. I see a lot of reviews regarding their food, however this experience was soo bad we didn't even stay to eat. To begin the attitude when asking if we can dine in was horrible. We asked if we were allowed to sit and with a terrible attitude the lady said "well how many?" We tried to ignore that and sat in the table they provided. The whole time we were looking at the menu to order the lady with the horrible attitude stared us down. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant until today. When saying we needed just a little more time to order another woman told us we had to "hurry up" or we would have to wait to order since they get sooo busy. Keep in mind there was nobody in the restaurant and in the 20 minutes we stayed only one person came to pick up food. We had the spring rolls and my grandmother asked for fish oil as we only got peanut sauce. When the woman brought the fish oil she tried to take the peanut sauce (that we already began eating ) away. We let her know we wanted both and she (with a huff) slammed it back on the table. The icing on the cake that finally was the last straw and caused us to leave was the lady who would not stop staring at us decided to walk back into the kitchen and what did we see? This lady had no shoes on and her feet were black from the ground. How unsanitary is this restaurant where they think it is ok to walk through it with no shoes. We asked for the check and left. Never again will I return. I don't know how they've stayed open until now. But I will be reporting this. What a terrible experience for us. I recommend going to I love Pho if you would like Pho. The service is better and the place is...

Rude on the phone, weird silence, EXTREMELY dirty environment… I got pho and there was weird floaty stuff in it that looked like mold or bacteria I don’t know and it smelled like a dirty rag. The tea was decent……. I ended up wasting $16 on food… disappointed… I didn’t even eat it… I tried a piece of chicken and it was bland and then the noodles were hard. The restaurant itself looked DISGUSTING when I walked in. I should’ve known better I guess since the location isn’t great. I’m not over exaggerating but the trash was piled up where customers would be sitting. They had trash bags, Starbucks, and other smelly trash items in the open on a table. It looked so un kept… I should’ve turned around at that point but I was willing to give it a try anyway thinking the food wouldn’t be bad. The parking is awful too again bad location. I think they probably re use broth. The soup smelled like a dirty sock is how I can describe it best. I didnt eat it because I was afraid of food poisoning. I’m kinda irritated. The fact they think it’s okay to be very unfriendly, serve re used old food, and have such a dirty environment is insane. How is this place open? I didn’t even see customers anywhere. After reading the 1 star reviews I was too afraid to ask for a refund. They seem...

To begin with, the older lady that took my order to go was not very friendly and she brought it to me very quick which I should of seen that as a red flag. When I asked her if I can have extra hoisin sauce for my Pho soup she gave me a dirty look like I was asking her to give me my food for free or something because she did not smiled at all right after that and she hardly looked at me when I thanked her for it. When I came home and opened the container where the condiments and the rare meat goes for the soup it had a funny smell to it and the rare meat had more of a brown color to it then red, the meat looked like it had being sitting out for a while and it was definitely not fresh at all, because I've had plenty of Pho soups with rare meat in other places and it did not look like that at all!! I had just come out of work when I stopped at this place because I was in the area and lived pretty far from there and I was exhausted to even bother in coming in to return it or complaint about the bad service and disgusting food, so I end up throwing away my money! I will never return to this place or even recommend it to anyone!! Please stay away from...

I called in our order since today was a long day for Hubby and I. By the time I got to the restaurant like 10 min drive, our order was ready and when coming home it tastes just as delicious. We ordered 2 chicken phó, extra noodles, chicken egg rolls. I will say be mentally prepared though for the outside surroundings of this restaurant. It’s sad to see homeless people around but I will say the service and the food will not disappoint. This is the second time we have ordered from this restaurant and definitely will keep ordering. The broth has so much flavor it will have you come back just like us.

Pretty good pho at a decent price. Odd factors to this place: 1) The door is locked at all times so you have to get buzzed in. I almost didn't go in because I thought they were closed. Given the area, I understand the reason, but still odd. 2) Lemon instead of lime with my Pho. I'm being really petty on this one, I admit. 3) The woman working there seemed taken aback that I wanted to eat in rather than get it to go. I guess this is a leftover from the COVID, and seems to be a pretty common theme across many restaurants these days.

Very solid and tasty pho and Vietnamese food place. We had spring rolls and the lemongrass beef rice plate. They also offer vermicelli plates with bbq pork, noodle stir fry and fried rice plates along with boba drinks and shakes. When we visited, it looked like they were starting to do dine in again even though they lock their doors just ask to see if they'll seat you. When we came, they sat us down along with two other parties.
