Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Whitney

I came here at 10 Minutes to 11pm, wasn’t even ordering any food. The sign said open to midnight walked up asked to purchase a bottle of soda to quench my thirst. The very kind lady said they only had 2 liters which was fine, two people in the store and the order window was open. As she walks to the cooler to get the soda the manager said “we’re closed your too late.” I pointed out that the advertised sign said open to midnight and even if it was 11 it was 10 minutes till. My only response was well registers closed your too late. This was a credit transaction wouldn’t have even effected the till count but he couldn’t have cared less. I recognize that hours can change and people would like to leave on time; however if your window is open and you have 10 minutes to closing it is beyond belief you would refuse a sale. Even this I would have been irritated by but the just blunt rudeness and lack of any sort of customer service skills was appalling. The manager clearly had better things to do than complete his shift or complete an order which would have taken 2 minutes tops. I cannot speak to their food but the disrespectful way I was treated I will never give me business to this store ever again. I sincerely hope this manager gets some serious up-training in how to properly treat customers in the future. Customer service skills can make or break a business and of this is how he treats patrons he has no business working with the public. I wish I could give them 0 stars. We ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings, this evening. It took the delivery driver almost an hour to get here. After getting the order we realized that we got the wrong pizzas and one order of wings were wrong (also had the wrong name and address on it). We called to let them know and they said they would send the correct order. When delivery driver dropped the correct order off, she told us she needed the other order back, and I refused. Never once have I ever had to give a wrong order back. Were they going to try to deliver the food to other house? Thats just GROSS! Manager then called us back and accused us of scamming them out of pizza three times.. Excuse me? So we took a nice drive down there, to personally deliver the pizzas. While in there, he continuously accused us of scamming them. He also refused to let us see any previous receipt/receipts. After telling him that I was going to take it up with corporate in the morning and I needed his name, he refused to give it to me and told us to leave the store because we were threatening him. Manager then called LVMPD on us. After multiple requests, I finally got a name, don't know if it's correct (Antonio). He called my family racist and informed us that he just got out of prison. Hands down the worst Papa John's I've used. I worked for PJ for ten years in Kansas City, Illinois, and Nevada. I worked side-by-side with Frank Carney many times on the line. I know pizza and I know this place is the most poorly managed and run Papa John's. The last half dozen times I've ordered from them there has ALWAYS been something wrong with my order. I call to inform them and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The one time I did get ahold of the manager, he told me that I had called in to complain before and that I should take my business elsewhere then. The last time I ordered, after waiting for 2 hours, I pulled the app up to see where the pizza was knowing I wouldn't get through on the phone, and it said it had been delivered almost an hour prior, i opened my door and my order was just sitting there. No one knocked, rang the bell, or in anyway let me know it was there. Just dropped it and left. So I had a cold, stale, ground pizza that I had the privilege of paying $30+ for. It upsets me because Papa John's is the only pizza I like to order for delivery, but I don't feel like I am able because of the past experiences with this PJ and how I've been treated. There are many other local pizza joints, may save yourself some time, money, and anxiety and call them instead. Very disappointing...
