McDonald's — Restaurant in Whitney

So last night in 2/25/2022 I went through the drive thru where the cashier Alex was rude and threw my change at me. All he did was look out the window said "oh" and then closed the window back. He did not apologize for his doing. When going to the next window I asked for the manager. His name was Greg, after telling him what happened he just said ok and walked away. I called their corporate office the next morning and submitted a complaint due to this isn't the first time that their Caucasian worker's was rude and mean to other people of different races. I ordered 2 of the 2 for $5 deal with drinks and smoothies. The lady who was at the register failed to take the order correctly and also failed to re-read the order to make sure she got everything. Once the order came out I was missing 2 Big Mac's. They made me stand at the back of the long line and order the two big Mac's that they messed up on. I talked to the manager and he was saying the same thing that I gotta go back in line to re-order my food that they failed at ordering the first time. There was no customer service at all. Oh no. Avoid at all cost. Unless maybe you're staying at Sam's Town and you have absolutely other choice. But even then? Good luck. (Bad service, "out of" multiple items, dirty kitchen & dining area, higher prices than most McDonalds, ambivalent (at best) management.) And whatever you do, don't try to get a shake (maybe even a Shamrock Shake, as shown on the big TVs behind the registers, the lobby poster, and the sign hanging literally I've your head when you order) after 9:35 pm, because they've already closed down the machine.
