McDonald's — Restaurant in Whitney

WARNING: DON’T EAT HERE!!!! WE ARE SICK! McDonald’s inside of Walmart.

I dropped off my wife at the doctor and my 3 year old said he was hungry so we drove acrossed the parking lot to this McDonald’s. I wasn’t going to make a review, but I am currently stuck on the toilet and feeling so sick 2 hours after eating here. We had other plans for the evening but they’re now ruined as him and I are taking turns going to the bathroom…. When you walk in it’s already jam packed with homeless people. The food honestly didn’t even taste that great and the fryer DEFINITELY needs a cleaning. As we sat down the table was dirty, but they came and cleaned it for us. The workers were actually super nice. The young guy in the front taking orders and the older manager looking lady was super nice. As we were sitting though we were bombarded with flies. We couldn’t get them off of our food. It was really gross. Whoever is cooking or taking care of the food in the back really needs to make sure they’re keeping things cold before cooking and making sure things aren’t left out for anymore than 2 hours maximum according to FDA standards. You have to remember that kids are eating this food that you are preparing. And if they got sick enough and you killed them that would be YOUR fault. We ordered in the app and it offered counter pick up or table delivery. We input our table number and waited. After a few minutes an employee took a bag to the counter and yelled facing out "order number (1 hundred something)". We could not make it out. After another five minutes or so the same employee looked to the tables and yelled out Mike and I responded yes. She then yelled out my the order number from the app. I retrieved the food. It was just a bag and receipt. The receipt contained my name, the table and the order number. So much for table service. If the employee will not walk the 15 or so feet to the table, then don't offer it as an option in the app. The employee left without providing the two drink cups. So I had to wait to get a different employees attention and of course they wanted to see the receipt. When i get back to the table we notice the fries are cold. Also there are no napkins in the bag outer available in the table or drink service area. So one more trip to the counter. Taking the sandwiches from the packaging, the temperature is reasonable and the flavor is correct. However, the sandwiches are stacked in a haphazard manner such that they fall apart in our hands and the sauces go everywhere. I went through the drive thru and they were not busy, no one in front of my car. The lady was hard to understand. At this location they have always taken my card, even two days before. So now she holds out a card scanner and wants me to scan the card. She was holding it back at the window so there is no way I could reach it. I asked her to do it and she made a snide remark. I drove to the second window. She gave me my drink and told me to drive around to the front and park and someone will bring my food out to me. I drove to the front and parked. In about 6 minutes Kenny came out with my food. This guy was super nice and apologize for the two ladies that were so rude.
