Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Whitney

Everytime..and I mean EVERY time I eat here my order is messed up. And it's not just the 1 location. I've been to several.. and it's either missing items like just the chimmichaunga when I've ordered the combo (which is supposed to be the beans w/cheese and the Mexican rice). Or I'll get the chimmichaunga w/the beans and rice but the chimmi won't be on top of a bed of lettuce..or the worst 1 there's giant peppers mixed into the chicken (which I can't eat) but I'll try to eat just bcuz I'm so hungry and it smells so good.. or the 2nd worst when it's spicy for whatever reason (added jalapeno I didn't order, or jalapeno used when they made the pico de gallo ) that of which I also can't eat, and won't even try to so I don't end up in physical crippling pain. And another worst part is that before I order I ALWAYS explain how sensitive my stomach is and how important it is that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING spicy...

Had dinner delivered last night from Roberto's. I had ordered rolled chicken tacos with sour cream but got it smeared with guacamole instead. I don't like guacamole. So I was disappointed. I also had ordered a beef burrito. This burrito is why I am giving a 5 star review and not deducting for getting the rest wrong. First, it was HUGE! I added beans and rice to it which were an excellent choice. But it was the beef that made the whole thing! Generous portion, despite the rice and beans. The beef was that beautiful pink it gets when slow cooked to perfection. It was hot, juicy and just the right amount of spicy. Being from Texas I've eaten a lot of Mexican food but this burrito, well, it's a work of art! Can't wait to try the beef chimichangas and carna asada. I definitely will be...

We come here often and my husband always gets asada fries. He always adds sour cream, cilantro and onions. We have never had to pay for the 2 add ons. He asked them to leave off the guacamole and Pico de gallo (probably spelled that wrong). They girl charged us an extra 2.00. Last time I checked, guacamole cost a lot more than sour cream. The girl at the register should've advised us of the extra charge instead of blindly charging our card. When we looked at the receipt, because it was more than usual, I asked why there were 2 extra charges. She said they always charge for onions, cilantro and sour cream. NOT!!! I didn't want to argue over 2.00 but just want to let someone know about our...
