Went in for a simple biscuit and gravy combo meal. Easy Right? Heck no! I waited at the window I'm the drive up for ten minutes. I thought to myself they don't have to go and catch the cow, what is taking so long. Finally Adam comes to give me my order and he hands me a bag and a small coffee cup. Mind you that he already gave me my coffee. I asked him what was this . He said that the biscuit was in the bag and the coffee cup had the gravy in it. I asked him how am I suppose to pour the gravy over the biscuit in a paper bag. he looked at me puzzled. I had to tell him I needed a container to put the biscuit and gravy in. He then told me that they were out of the containers. I had to help him and ask him did he have any other kind of container. He went back inside looking around for another few minutes then finally came back with a salad container to give me. I drove off and went to work and when I got to work I open the bag and did find the biscuit and nothing else. he forgot the hash browns, he forgot the utensils,, he forgot the napkins I mean I might as well not have gotten nothing. So I ended up calling the customer service phone number on the bag because I called Carl's Jr and they kept hanging up on me. The customer service rep took all my information down and told me that somebody would be getting back to me that same day. Last Friday it was 10 days and I still haven't heard from anybody so I called the customer service line again and they told me they're going to escalate it because they have forgotten about it. Its been 3 days and I still haven't heard back from anybody from Carl's Jr customer service. Very disappointed. I guess nobody cares. They just take our...
Read moreDUDE SERIOUSLY?! I used to work fast food. At night. Where no one else is in there restaurant so no extra noise, no distractions, literally was me and one person waiting in line to order. She had to have me repeat the order again, so I did. The only thing I can think of is the cook didn't care or didn't understand. And I can't tell you, bc I don't have the ticket or the receipt. I asked for no tomato, no lettuce and no pickle. They gave me tomato and nothing else. I literally said onion is fine. I just paid 24 and change for it. And to top it off, she started taking someone else's order when I was asking for ketchup. Sat there and waited. Got glared at. Asked for ketchup, got ketchup. Out almost 30 bucks.
You can do the "If you can't afford it, don't go out" stuff all you want about this but I live 15 minutes away. Tf am I gonna do, walk to my car down the block, get back in, drive 15 minutes, re-order which would mean I might encounter some flack, drive BACK, and still be out 24 and change bc I trusted the times I repeated the order meant they were listening?
I've also literally shown up at 11 multiple times at this location only to find the drive thru closed and a BMW parked outside with some dude in his car and on his phone. Like come on, man.
I never leave bad reviews but what the ever...
Read moreCarl's Jr is a criminal enterprise that steals customers' money. It was late at night, and I ordered two burgers (they were the only ones open nearby selling burgers). Despite Google saying that the place was still open, and a drive-thru sign that said 24-hours, the place was complete closed with nobody inside (even though online orders were still being accepted). Don't believe me, check out the attached photos. I went to a different Carl's Jr down the street that actually had employees inside, but they said that they couldn't honor the order, even though I showed them the receipt. What kind of customer service is that? They said go back to the other Carl's Jr again which, not surprisingly, was still closed. Carl's Jr had repeatedly gotten my order wrong in the past, so it doesn't surprise me that their lack of intelligence would pull something like this. Needless to say, I'm out $20 plus gas money and went home hungry. As far as I'm concerned, Carl's Jr is a criminal enterprise that shouldn't be allowed to do...
