Subway — Restaurant in Whittier

Is subway going down hill and making cut backs or is it just this location? Now my son is a picky eater and only gets bread and meat. The honey oat bread was tough and was definitely overcooked. You could see it in the picture. He got roast beef, now the first time the employee was putting the meat on the bread, it looked like crumbs. Literally crumbles of meat. I asked him is roast beef not slices anymore, he said it's changed. I said I'm pretty sure roastbeef still comes in slices. He told me he'd go look in the back and sure enough he came out with a fresh bin of roast beef slices. So great. Well, not so great he literally put 6 small thin slices on a foot long. I mean small and super thin! I can not believe I paid $19 for this sandwich, chip, and a drink. Not only that, a gentleman in front of me was trying to use one of the subway coupons and apparently this location does not recognize them here. It was literally a subway coupon. Very upsetting as well. The gentleman ended up leaving. This location has really left a bad impression on me for subway. I have been going there for a few years now and every time I go, the food is great however, the last two times I have ordered online the bread has been super tough! My bread is hard as a rock and whoever is making these sandwiches can obviously feel that the bread is tough and not soft and fresh.
