Bahama Buck's - Wichita Falls — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I placed an order at 8:00 and was told it would be ready at 8:16. I left the establishment at 9:20 without any product. I placed an order for what I thought was an Avalanche sized Black Cherry. After waiting for more than an hour I was given a green apple, what I assumed was incorrect. I politely informed the worker that that was not my order. She respectfully grabbed my order and asked what was supposed to be and told me they would fix it. About 5 minutes later a gentlemen named Raspy (I believe) swung open the window and in a very hostile voice said “I made this order and I know it’s right” while forcing the original snocone in my car. I was shocked and just said what. Another female worker (not the original) came up to diffuse the situation by apologizing and informing me what the app said and asked if I wanted to change it. I said I did not and wanted to speak to a manager because of the way the gentlemen was trying to force the snocone in my car and how hostile he was. I just started going to Bahama Buck's about 4 or 5 weeks ago when my step-daughter was in town & convinced me to go with her. Up until that point, I had never been before. After that 1st time, I was hooked. Since then, my youngest daughter & I have probably been 2 or 3 times a week each week. I hadn't realized that, for whatever reason, we had only been on weekdays. Well, the last time we went was on a Saturday. Idk if it had to do with the fact that it was the wknd & they were busier than usual or if they have different people making the drinks on the wknds, but our drinks on Saturday weren't nearly as good as they had always been before. It seemed like whoever made our drinks had no idea how to make the drinks or just didn't know what they were doing at all. I think we will just be coming on the weekdays now. No more...

The general manager Cody Bowers is THE most amazing human. He is so professional with customers and employees. He thinks about everyone else before himself. He has completely changed the way things are ran at the store for the BETTER. Nothing prepared me for how much better things are at Bahama Bucks all because of him. Honestly the Bahama Bucks management got so much better after the old management left. One of the old managers made working there horrible!
