Most of the time the entire service and food is great! But this time it’s getting 1-2 stars because of what happened.. My hubs went thru the drive thru, ordered, no repeating of order of food placed, waited in the drive thru line after order waiting for 15+ minutes. There were 4 vehicles ahead and we were #5 waiting. The vehicle at pickup door was apparently giving the employees a hard time about the food they ordered. Either way, the employees looked confused, stressed, rushed, frustrated in trying to get the customer service completed to that vehicle. Where was a Mngr?, Shift Team Lead?.. Those employees looked like they needed support staff to assist because they appeared to not know how and what to do with that particular customer. The staff looked like they had not enough training and support to handle a Saturday evening drive thru run. The one employee kept composed the entire time, but perhaps an upper management should have assisted in getting the vehicle to pull forward to help resolve whatever the customer issue was. When we got our food, the Spicey Grilled Chix Salad was wrong. There was hardly any salad. We ordered Chicken Nuggets and got Grilled Chicken Nuggets which we didn’t order this. We ordered the Regular Chicken Nuggets originally. The container to the Grilled Nuggets was not fully secured via the lid and the juices spilled out onto the rest of the food rendering the Chicken Sandwiches a little soggy.. The bag that the food was in, the Grilled Nuggets juices spillage caused the bag to burst open from getting soaked via the nuggets juices . This bag was placed inside a bigger plastic bag that had the salad on the bottom of the bag. We didn’t go back to the Southwest location because it was 10pm ish already and we made the best of what we could with our order of food. This was a very first time that it was not a good experience and we still love our Chic-Fila food. Please get better training and Mngmt support to the employees who stay composed even though had a rough rough go of it working...
Read moreOh, let me tell you about my escapades at this fine establishment! The food and service, my dear friend, are like an unbeatable duo – consistently good, never letting me down. I mean, the cooks must have some kind of magic spatula or a sprinkle of joy hidden in the kitchen.
But, alas, here comes the reason for my discontent, directed towards the corporate office. Imagine this: they're so generous with napkins and utensils, you'd think they were giving away golden spoons. I've got napkins spilling out of my pockets like a well-dressed paper mummy. Yet, when it comes to the sacred crackers or tortilla strips for my soup, it's like I've asked for the secret recipe to eternal happiness.
It's as if crackers are the forbidden treasure of this kingdom, guarded more closely than the Ark of the Covenant in an Indiana Jones movie. I half expect a server to appear in a fedora, solemnly warning, "Choose wisely, for the fate of your soup depends on it."
I've tried every approach, from batting my eyelashes like a damsel in distress to attempting a Jedi mind trick, but those crackers remain elusive. It's a conundrum wrapped in a mystery, sprinkled with a dash of absurdity. So here I am, pondering the cosmic significance of extra crackers, wondering if there's a secret society dedicated to preserving their sanctity.
In the grand tapestry of my restaurant experiences, the corporate office stands as the enigmatic gatekeeper, holding the keys to the cracker kingdom. Perhaps one day, I'll unravel the mystery and feast upon the elusive crackers, but until then, I'll continue my quest with a side of amusement and a sprinkle...
Read moreI had a late night last night and stopped to grab some food from this location. It was late like 9:38pm to be exact and I hurried home to feed my family as it was already late. Upon arriving, I was snubbed two spicy sandwiches. I got home right at 10pm but called up there. I was met with “yeah I can’t refund that but I can send a voucher in the mail for 1 free chick fil a sandwich.” I was perturbed as this was the 3rd time they have forgotten food in my order (I rated it 2 stars instead of 1 because a third time going back I guess is my fault for trusting this location). I asked kindly if my name could be taken down and I could pick them up the next day (today). I was told no, the voucher was the only answer. I was told a manager would call me back today but no calls have been received today. This seems to be consistent service from what I’ve seen on the reviews. I might suggest going to the other location unless you’re looking to play roulette with your food and wallet. What happened to the customer service of...
