Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

It's chili dog time yeahhhh so basically yeah if you want like a chili dog or something, my knowledge just is like the best place to get it from a fast food joint. I can't really even ever think of anywhere else that has chili dogs in the menu. So yeah I would definitely say that Sonic gets a spot. Most people like their drinks but I think some people would be impressed or not impressed but not this happy if they gave the food a chance. Some of the food is pretty okay. The hamburgers are kind of lackluster, but like I said the chili cheese dog is pretty good and pretty much all of their sides are like blessings from God. You know you got the cheese sticks. You got the the tater tots. Their french fries are pretty good like they got down their side game. So you know if you just want like a little snack, get that also back to the weiner category. They're corn dogs are real good too. They're you're delicious and yummy and you put them in your mouth. Anyhow, I definitely would recommend Sonic, especially if you've never had it before, which I'd be like. Wow! You've never had a sonic but...

Currently sitting outside after paying 5.18 for a 32oz cherry limeade with orange juice. The menu states a large cherry limeade is 2.79 and a large orange juice is listed at 2.49. Even if they charged me both full price even though I only received one 32oz cup with the 1.00 off since it is before 9am it would be less than 5.00. She did not give a receipt and when I said I would not be back she said ok have a nice day. I am embarrassed for the manager who gets to read this.

Update I was informed by the cashier it was the GM who told her to ring it up that way. I asked to speak to the GM. She said it was a miscommunication because of the facial coverings they are wearing and issued a full refund. Please take time to communicate. The service industry is brutal but if you choose to serve then do it with a caring spirit. You must first care about your position and not the money you make off of it. If you lose customer base from poor service providers it doesn't matter how great your product is your business...

If I could make a review with a 0 or negative review, I would. I used to love eating at Sonic, especially on Tuesdays, but the last few times have been such a disappointment. I thought since it was election night that I would use my reward for the queso burger and not have to cook. I can't describe the level of disappointment when I opened the wrapper expecting a beautiful burger like the ad only to find a sad looking burger wanna be where the top and bottom bun were skewed and the meat wasn't even in the middle of the bun. When I opened the bun to straighten the meat on the bun, I found a sad little circle of what I suppose should have been grilled onion and hatch chile which was more of an onion square and chile sliver and I'm not even sure if there was a dot of queso at all. If it hadn't been so far to drive back into town, I would have taken it back and insisted it be remade. I feel like I was robbed of my reward and my night off...
