This place the wife and I will not be going back too. One you get a national number where you place your pizza orders they can give you the store number but no one picks up it's an automatic voicemail machine thats weird to me or you can order online beware if you do you have to know that if you order say what I did a Pepperoni Personal pizza it will come with no cheese even though there isn't annotipn to select no cheese and pizza isnt pizza without cheese so that's super weird. Two the store manager I think proceeded t argue with me instead of being like no problem ma'am I will remake you a new pizza right away. Not go into the system to print me up a receipt that says we ordered the pizza that way. Let's be clear systems mess up we had an online error happen to us at another place where we said one thing and there receipt printed at the store saying another thing. I even went online when I seen that to look to make sure I didn't make a mistake and I didn't my online detailed receipt showed me. You know what that place didn't do was argue with me about it they just went ahead and remade it the way we wanted it, so that I could appreciate, and the manager was also nice about it. Stay tuned for that review, but anywho back to this disrespectful, unprofessional place that proceeding to push our online order to the side making us wait 30 minutes at the place for it to be made had we not gone in we wouldn't of had the pizza for like an hour and they burnt my first personal all up and try to say that would still happen even when they remake it, and I said I ordered another larger pizza and it wasnt all burnt up. Needless to say the second personal was prefect and cooked and guess what not burnt or crispy like he claimed the Pepperoni would be so much for Rapid that part of the name they are not! We are so done with them once was enough and their first impressions on us Sucked! Big Time. Read moreI heard great things. I placed my online pickup order at 6:28 p.m. the email I received said to pickup my order at 6:43. Arrived at Rapid Fire Pizza at 6:40. Asked a worker a couple minutes later about my order. He asked my name then disappeared into the front line making orders never letting me know what the status of my order was.
I asked another worker , he asked my name went to the front line, came back and said it was almost ready. Then 10 to 12 minutes later I asked the second worker again, he couldn't hear me he said, then I repeated myself where he could hear me and asked how much longer, he then stated he "had no idea"? Which is funny since he was the one who told me it was almost ready 12 minutes earlier?
I got a little aggravated, and said I ordered at 6:28, got here at 6:40, stood and watched 20 to 30 people order and get their food. A lady who either works there or knows the staff very well asked someone if there was a ticket with my name on it, the guy she asked then brought me my pizzas and salad.
I got my order 38 minutes after I ordered online. I wouldn't be aggravated if it hadn't been for the fact that two workers knew I was waiting, and neither followed up or acted remotely concerned, despite the fact many people in line had arrived after me, ordered at the counter, and had already started eating their pizzas?
I am usually very positive with my ratings, however this was really hard to understand the events that unfolded. I was nice, didn't get angry, and what's worse I tipped on an online pickup order that took 38 minutes to be completed with very little customer service. After all their claim to fame is cooking a pizza in 180 seconds.

Read moreWhichever manager is on duty at the current moment has a poor attitude and just due to the experience with her I will never choose to spend my money there again. I ordered and a young lady she was nice and professional she rang everything up gave me the total I inserted my card into the machine went through the process of paying. The young lady said thank you we will call your name when it's ready she even asked me if I wanted my receipt I said no thank you. I even Gave them a 10$ cash tip because up to that point they were providing excellent service. I proceeded to go wash my hands get my drink ect ..they then called my name rather quickly so that was great but when I got up to the counter the manager said the total again, I explained I had already paid. The manager was rude and acting like I was trying to lie and scam free food. I told her to give me a minute so I can check my account because I don't want to pay twice for the same order. She rolled her eyes like it was an inconvenience for her that obviously something has been done wrong on their end because I had already been through the pay process at the register once and was offered a receipt. This time I made sure to get the receipt. She has terrible customer service, a bad attitude and rude. I feel sorry for the people that have to work around that. All of the other young lady's were awesome friendly helpful and kind. Maybe one of them...
