Taco Casa — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

This will be the last time I will go to Taco Casa.I shouldn't have to ask to put sour cream on my super salad when it advertises sour cream on the menu. Two weeks ago I ordered a super salad at the drive-thru and when I got home no sour cream in my salad. Again I ordered a super salad today and asked the person who took my order, make sure they put sour cream in the salad because I didn't get any last time. He said he would. When he handed me my order I asked, is there sour cream in the salad? He said yes. He saw the one making it put some in. At that point I was satisfied until I got home. When I opened the box and began to look for the sour cream. I literally saw 2 small drops on the side of the salad bowl. I have ordered super burritos and would have the same problem. My suggestion is. Don't order from the drive thru. If you're not standing at the counter watching them make your order. You will not get what you ordered...

My wife just picked up a Burrito directly after work because she was hungry. We went home afterwards where she started to eat it and found a long hair in the food. I understand that stuff like this happens occasionally, but it still is unacceptable and is absolutely disgusting. I was eating something else entirely different and lost my appetite myself. Hair nets should be used for people with longer hair and if not, proper inspection of all food products that are made should be performed before serving to customers. The lack of attention shown here tells me that this restaurant does not strive to deliver a enjoyable dining experience for all their customers. Always delicious and I love the fresh taste of the shells! There just always seems to be a good, fresh, crispness to the shells, whether it's a taco or nachos! Yummm...my definite FAV is the Super Nachos...I love the REAL liquid heart-attack cheese and the amount of jalapenos served! I also must mention the "Chilada", OMG...so good and worth it!! This location is always busy, but they manage to handle it somehow and still be courteous...which isn't always so simple.
