Chicken Express — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Tonight July 1st, my family and I ordered a large order of 50 dollars. We were not given fries so I went back to Chicken Express and told the manager Malachi that we were missing the box of fries. He said he needed the product and my reply was I have no product, we didn't get fries. He said he still needed the product and I said am I supposed to go all the way back home to show you I didn't get fries!! He said to me I don't know the character of everyone in Wichita Falls and any one could find a receipt at Walmart and say that they didn't get an item. I was in shock, he questioned my character and I am Hispanic and I felt like he was calling me a liar. On top of that the fries were cold and after we ate the chicken which was good, I returned to get my refund for the product of fries that were cold. He didn't even apologize for their screw up and after telling him how he made me feel about questioning my character he still just chuckled when I asked for the refund and did not offer to make it right. Love it it's a great location for Chicken Express it's it's amazing I hadn't had Chicken Express for a really long time and then I ate here and it made me love it all over again and their biscuits are really good and they had good honey and good chicken and they have the best chicken rather that's why we'd go into the five stars because even if it's a really bad dookie Chicken Express it's still better than every chicken restaurant in the entire area because it's a Chicken Express and this one was a very good chicken express it wasn't even a dookie one it was very good and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to eat some chicken because this chicken was really good and particularly it was crunchy and flavorful and moist and delicious and and you know it was amazing and you know you should eat it because well I liked it so I...

If I pay for something then I should get it. I don’t care if it was .50. I waited forever in the drive-through only for my box to be missing my roll. I let them know and they wanted me to drive around and wait in the drive-through again instead if somebody just bringing it to me. I went inside to get it instead, and nobody even looked my way as I was standing at the counter. It took me stating helloooo. I’m just missing the roll from my order for somebody to actually give it to me and even then they had to discuss whether I was telling the truth or not.. he didn’t even bother putting it in a box or a small bag for me.
