Read more100% lost my business! I ordered off line. My phone number is litterally at the top of the receipt so they could have called me. I went in to pick up the order they said nothing. I drive all the way home and open my items and they are wrong. Drive back to the store, the woman I talked to said she made the order and they ran out of something so they just substituted something completely different. They couldn't even be honest enough to let me know. They could call me and ask me if I wanted something else! They chose dishonesty as there go to. Pretty terrible business practice...
