Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Jack in the Box in general is a 10/10 for me, and since I no longer live near one, it's a special treat. Thus, I'm easy to please! We ate at this location 3 times while vacationing in the area (I'm not normally a chain eater while on vacay unless it's something I can't get at home). Consistently, the food and service were great, with one, tiny, kinda funny exception. The was a lady there (hard worker; she was there each of the three times we went and they weren't the same shift, and GORGEOUS with these wild curls and Betty Davis eyes) who just flat out acted like the avocado ranch came out of her paycheck. Or was lethal. Or didn't actually exist. I would ask for it in place of the regular ranch, and she would say okay... Then give me regular. First time, I thought it was an accident. Second time I checked and went back inside to grab some. Third time we were in the drive through and I didn't want to fuss, plus at that point it was just kinda funny. I know it's a small thing... But it was weird and a little sad bc I get to eat it so rarely and wanted to just binge and enjoy it. But oh well. To the beautiful keeper of the avocado ranch, it's okay. The girl at the register took her time. We were looking at the menu and she suggested us using the kiosk. Then took a long time getting back to take our order. She had hickys very large all over her neck. It was all good tho. I ordered my burger with mayo on the side, she forgot to give it. Then the tacos came with hot sauce on the tacos which was not posted on the menu. So I had to go back and order a special taco again. The food its self was OK. It's just not my cup of tea. But cost was $31 for 3 people cause tacos were only $1 each. 1 person had tacos and the other 2 had combo meals. My mine issue was the workers are way relaxed they didn't care to see you waiting at the register. We were the only people in the there after we ordered, another family came in and they waited a little...

Awful and disappointing experience. We sat in the drive thru line for over 20 min today. It took almost 10 min to place our order because we were waiting on the car in front of us. No big deal, we blamed the guy in the car. Nope. When we reached the speaker, we were asked to wait. Ok, fine. We waited for 3 min for the employee to be ready for us. We placed our order, received no total, got to the window, still no total, and waited. We sat and waited after paying for almost 10 min. We watched them make our drinks, cook our fries, and stare at the monitors. I assume they were all new, including the (unseen) manager on duty. Our kids drinks were the wrong size and one kids meal was missing the fries. We'll go out of our way to avoid this particular...
