Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I ordered a Power bowl and I know I should’ve taken a Picture of it because it was a complete and utter disaster! It looks like slop all thrown in on top of each other! Took the lid off and it was all just lettuce and tomatoes. I couldn’t see anything else! Second time I’ve eaten at this location and I will never eat there again! Power bowl was supposed to consist of lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, black beans ,guacamole, sour cream, rice, and a protein of your choice. There was no guacamole. Sour cream Or shredded cheese, and the meat kind of resemble mystery meat to me it was supposed to be steak. The rice had a funky taste to it, so I only took one bite of it because it tasted like plastic. It seems like a simple thing to make and I’ve seen it presented beautifully at other Taco Bell‘s, but this place is Not doing their job and I blame management! Lucky for me I got a Mexican pizza on the side which was OK. Between the Mexican pizza and the Powerball I paid $ 11.89! Highway robbery for what I got! Like I said, I will never eat...

This place also happens to be a KFC. We were passing through Wichita Falls on our way north to Oklahoma. After a 6 hour drive we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. There were four of us. We each ordered a combo meal. Simple order. We were the only ones when we first arrived. Later 2 others entered to order. One of them got their order first (which was a large family order and some extra sides). How does this happen if this guy showed up at least 10 minutes after we did?! Not only that, two employees were out at their car smoking, giggling and listening to music,whom later walked back in to "complete" my order and give it to me. They forgot several things that come with the 5 dollar boxes. No matter how hungry or thirsty I am next time I pass through this town I will never stop here again ...... I seriously doubt those 2 employees washed their hands as I saw them enter and immediately went to the hot counters. I'm disgusted and...

11 items were ordered with drinks as well and it seems that the drinks were the only things made even somewhat decently let alone correctly. None of the other items were made correctly. I recievied mini quesadillas instead of the full ones paid for. To top it off the chicken was so old its hard to chew. Everything is slapped together without even the right ingredients. When I called to speak to someone about it I was hung up on by a Desiree alverez a supposed manager. I will never be going back to this location and for all its worth I will be contacting the health department as well. This is absolutely disgusting. I would not give any stars but wanted to share so had to. So I was calling the health department to find out they have looked into it 4 days ago and assessed that this location has no water for cleaning hands or utensils as well as most of the needed points werent even evaluated.
