Never again…I have been to this location many times, and many times walked away very disappointed with the food or service. I have dealt with the manager two different times, both times being met with defensiveness and a major lack of customer service focus. I went this afternoon to get two orders or fries to go with my Freddy’s burgers, as I don’t care for the shoestring fries at Freddy’s. I was initially given two orders that were barely warm and had clearly but put in the fryer to reheat them. I came back around through the drive up lane and asked for a replacement, which at the window I wasn’t met with “I’m so sorry they were not good” or “sorry for the trouble”, it was a direct “you’re going to have to wait two minutes for those”. So I waited, was given two new order and assumed they had corrected the issue. When I opened the bag they were not crispy and golden brown, they were barely warm, darker brown, and limp. I waited to eat my burger before heading back and when I returned and asked for a refund I was met with “we made them fresh for you”, no questions about what was wrong, no statements of I’m so sorry you’re not happy, just defensiveness. The young lady at the drive through borough over another young lady that told me again that they were made fresh, and that they were just fine. Nobody looked at the returned fries, nobody offered a solution, nobody cared! I was asking for a refund and the 2nd young lady said they can’t give me a refund without a receipt. I was so frustrated and told her I was here just an hour ago! I shared that the young man standing there ran my card. She just repeated she couldn’t give me a refund. I was so angry at that point, I couldn’t believe it was being handled this way and I as a customer was getting handled this way. She and her snippy drive through attendant need training in customer service, and on how to change the oil. Those fries and the service was horrible. Never...

Really wanted to rate this place better as we've been enjoying it the last couple times we visited but our last order went terrible.

I ordered one burger as a meal, and another burger just the sandwich. After playing around on the computer (trying to figure out how to make it just a burger it turns out), the employee gave me a total that seemed high but I didn't think much at first. After paying I looked at my receipt and saw she rang up the second sandwich as a meal with a water since she couldn't figure out how to do it correctly.

Ok, she's new and learning it seems, and that's fine. Someone should teach her not to just charge the customer more by doing this though. So I paid the price of a meal I didn't really want but instead of making it a big deal and asking for a refund and adjustment, I explained to another employee and showed them the receipt, asking if they could just make the water a shake (for those who don't know had I ordered this way it wouldn't have been an up charge - you can swap the drink for a smaller sized shake at no charge, as I did for the first meal). I WASN'T ASKING FOR ANYTHING EXTRA OR ANY COMPENSATION.

After quite the wait and the rest of the food getting cold, I got the shake I actually ordered. When I asked about the other, the second employee I asked said that was the shake I ordered. I had to explain all over again that I never wanted the second meal, but if I paid for it, I want a shake and not a water (that they never even tried giving me by the way)!

She told the employee making the shakes to make me another one, and her tone was as if she was trying to satisfy me as a begger coming in to the restaurant asking for a free add on or meal. Again, I PAID for everything I received, and received nothing extra!

To top it off, I ordered the sandwich with no onion (clearly on the receipt), and even that couldn't have been done correctly. What a disaster of...

This was one of the absolute worst I have been treated at a restaurant or retailer, and led to one customer service moments I have ever experienced.

After ordering our meal and begining to eat in the restaurant, we discovered a blue piece of plastic material mixed in with the fries in one of the containers. This piece of plastic was thin, and bag like. I approached the counter to let them know, and the older associate who helped me was easily one of the most rude individuals I have ever interacted with.

First, he barely acknowledged that it happened, then he explained to me that he was pretty sure it was from the trash bags, without offering any sort of apology. He said he'd just give me some new fries, to which I asked if they would be from the same batch that had the trash bag in it, and he said yes and gave me some new fries. When I said I didn't want that and wanted a refund, he said that wasn't right because I had already eaten the food. I presented to him again the tray of the uneaten food that I had brought to the counter and he said again that since I had eaten it, he wouldn't refund it.

Outrageously, he then attempted to explain away the trash bag statement by saying that it was probably the bags that their raw meat comes in that had gotten into the fries. When I asked him how that made anything better, he said it didn't matter and walked away.

I honestly have never had a single more frustration induced conversation with someone at an establishment in my life.

Terrible. I ALWAYS have to "pull forward " to wait for my order. Even when there is no one behind me in the drive thru. Today I went through at 8:50ish am (no one ahead or behind me). Got the wrong sandwich. Ordered a Spinach and Mushroom bagel a large ice tea, and a #1 breakfast with a diet pop.. they gave me a combo or spanish bagel instead. So I go back about an hour later (after my appointment). They make me a new sandwich. I get home to find a luke warm pathetic excuse for what should be a bagel sandwich. That I once again had to "pull forward" to wait for (and once again no one was in line behind me!) Took the sausage and egg off ate half of it tossed the rest in the bin. I'm so tired of the quality of my favorite places going so far down hill. The location atc37th and Rock Rd used to be the worst location, but this one is starting to be just as bad. Dose this look like what they are advertising? Yeah I didn't think so either.
