Went in the underage staff were great an courteous. However the management were rude. Ordered a bag of burritos and added extra also 3small orange juices. I waited a while cause I said take your time. They put the bag on the counter and said nothing. I waited an finally a young woman asked if it was mine I looked it was I then proceeded to ask for some picante sauce and the manager heard me she was an older white lady with glasses very short and rude I didn't even get her name I was so upset because she was like it's already in the bag really rudely I said sorry thank you for the picante sauce went to my car with the bag checked to see if all the burritos are in the bag which I should have done in the store and I seen I was missing a burrito I immediately went right back in put all the burritos on the counter she told me my burrito is there I told her I'm still missing a burrito she asked me if I had the receipt which I had just walked out the door with the bag so I don't see why that matteredI told her yes I handed it to her she didn't even apologize she took the burrito to the young guy on the grill who wasn't even making the food at the time that they did my order I told him it's not your fault it is the manager's fault because she didn't check the bag before it was handed to me which is her job I then waited about another 10 minutes got my burrito and left and told them thank you I will be calling the district manager which I couldn't even get a number for so I'm just going to post this review beware do not go to braums when that manager is on duty all the teenagers that work there are very kind but the fact that the manager couldn't even hand me my food or apologize tells me a lot...

Today was the last straw... the same kid with the glasses at the window is not friendly and certainly doesn't care about the customer at all. Today he took my order then when I got to the window to pay he was already making my "cherry limeade" then he took my money for my order gave me my change closed the window again finished making my "cherry limeade" (which was awful) opens the window and hands it to me and then tells me oh "oh I forgot to mention that were outta cherries pecans and cream" why didnt he tell me that until after I paid? Then proceeds to tell me that pecans and praline is just like it but with no cherries. He basically argued with me and bullied me into this ice cream that I didnt want to begin with. In the end it was NOT anything like it and it was a complete disappointment... I throw the cone out and decide that I will just have to enjoy my cherry limeade only to take a drink of this Luke warm watery limeade with almost not even a hint of cherry. It wasnt even pink it was barely a peachish tint... there has not been 1 single time that I have gotten my requested order to satisfaction or been treated like a customer and not a bother or almost like a test to see how much he can get by with. I sadly am saying goodbye to this particular Braums location for good. I have tried calling to Express my bad experiences and bad orders only to basically be told "that's too bad".
