This review is for the night shift. At night, this place is not good. I have bought food from this place in the later evening hours for a few months now, and every transaction has been terrible. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE every single time, because the employees are lazy, poorly trained, and just plain have no interest in working for money. This Burger King can have one or no vehicle in the drive thru at a given time in the nighttime hours, yet I have placed orders for a couple cheeseburgers that can sometimes take up to 20 minutes to complete, however the McDonald's drive thru that is somewhat caddy-corner across the street always has too many vehicles in their drive thru, and the line is always moving! How does that happen? That really says something. One competitor restaurant has a long drive thru line that is constantly moving, but the Burger King line is consistently stagnant. I went through the Burger King drive thru again tonight at about 10:55pm, and the barely conscious headset guy simply said "we're closed". I'm so tired of this guy. I ALWAYS get this guy, or another guy just like him. The whole drive thru experience is always extremely slow, and you will seriously feel as though you have been forgotten. The employees are lazy, and show that they do not want you to get food from them because that would mean that they would have to get up and work. I HATE THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! FIRE THE IDIOTS YOU CURRENTLY HAVE WORKING THE NIGHT SHIFT, AND SUFFICIENTLY TRAIN OTHER AND BETTER PEOPLE! The service at this location is seriously like a bad dream. Why does Burger King let...
Read moreI was exhausted from having medical tests done this morning, and on my way home I decided to grab my char-broil fix and stop by the BK close to my house. I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual when I go there, a bacon double cheeseburger with a small fry. When I paid at the window, I specifically asked if they could throw in some ketchup packs with some salt and pepper. They weren't very busy so I figured they could handle that. Wrong. My order for the burger and fries was correct, however the cheese slices were still cold. Not even a hint of being in the microwave. Plus, when I brought out my burger and fries, I could tell the burger paper was all greasy. I opened it up and the burger was not greasy. Someone with terribly greasy hands obviously handled the wrapped up burger. Or, the grease may have come from the hot but very greasy french fries. They seemed saturated. And, of course, no ketchup, salt, or pepper. I did win the pickle lottery, though. Had a ton of pickles on the burger. I may strike this up to someone having a bad day or something. They have never been the best in town, but usually they are much better than today. Oh, I was going to comment on the bkexperience website, but my receipt was too illegible to read to enter a store or receipt number. Come on guys, get...
Read moreWent through the drive thru at around 12am. The guy at the speaker asked us to wait, not a problem. Told us to order and then immediately cut us off and told us to wait again. Not so okay. Proceeded to tell us to continue and told us to wait 2 more times. Finally ordered a whopper meal (with bacon and cheese), along with some other small things. Got to the window and a man there went over our order (that was wrong) apologized and told us he was "trying to get out of here" and that all the other people were new. When we corrected him as he was trying to hand us an extra drink, snapped and told us that he had gone over it and that we said it was right. Finally got our food after about 15 minutes, were charged for an extra drink, completely missed the order of mozzarella sticks that we asked for at the speaker 3 times, and I got an impossible whopper with no cheese or bacon. Also didnt get any straws for our drinks. Completely disappointed. New people should not be left alone because it is an inconvenience to the manager to stick around and train them. It's unfair to the new people and it's unfair to the customers. Definitely will not be going back if I see the same guy...
