Update to company response: 1st: Lowes explained to me that your company inputs your available appointment slots into the system they use and they chose from them. 2nd: you do not deny that your employee started yelling at my husband first, which is what prompted the yelling match. 3rd: reading reviews here, I see that most of your negative responses seem to revolve around your rude receptionist. If she had apologized for the inconvenience instead of making it our fault for the lack of the phone call I was to receive from you for confirmation, this could of all been avoided. 4th: it's pretty convenient that we were in speaker phone the while time for all to hear. Heading that response seems like you all are comfortable enough to laugh at customers and put customers on speaker phone for all to hear as you say, that you messed up with. Anyway, If that's the case, Than all to hear should of heard her giving a customer rude service from the jump. She didn't want to hear that the email from Lowes clearly states that the service provider will contact me to confirm when on the way. I know that's how it works because your responses too other reviewers with the same problem that I had say that the warranty company gives you the work order and than you call to confirm. You said people didn't answer their phone or you had the wrong number. I got call records to prove you never tried to contact me either time you were scheduled. 5th: just know that reading your reviews here, shows that not every customer is crazy. Maybe you're wrong and should just own it so it doesn't happen again. Good day.
The receptionist on the phone today was rude because they didn't show up for a service call twice in the past couple weeks. She gave wrong info and Than made it our fault. The appointment was scheduled through Lowes warranty repair both times. After upsetting me with excuses and her refusal to listen, with no apologies for anything, she yells at my husband telling him we were suppose to call them for an appointment over and over, which Lowes already did, and had the nerve to tell us they aren't coming at all because she turned the call into a yelling match. She didn't even care to all why we were upset. Awful...
Read moreThis company was sent out to look at my microwave by Samsung. I called several times and jumped through some hoops to get the appointment set up, even though I had the authorization from Samsung. The people were very unfriendly (with the exception of an older man I talked to on the phone once.) The technician (who looked like an unkempt teen) they sent out spent a few minutes looking at my microwave, (which after turning on and off by itself for a week or so eventually started throwing sparks). He wasn't sure what was wrong but said it might be the magnatron and left. Several days later I got an email from Samsung saying they were not fixing or replacing my Microwave because the cause of the problem was customer "neglect". I called Herb Snow after receiving this message, I called Samsung and they said this was based on what the technician told them. After speaking with Samsung some more and explaining that the microwave was randomly turning on and off when we weren't even in the room and this could not be caused by neglect. They reissued a NEW approval for repair and sent to Herb Snow, the email I received said I would be hearing from them but of course after about a week I called them myself. I got a very rude employee on the phone that didn't want to be bothered with looking for the authorization. At this point I called back Samsung and asked for this to be sent to another service company in Wichita . WITHIN 10 MINUTES I received a call from ACTION Appliance, who sent out a very professional service technician the next day, he determined the cause of the problem, was able to recreate the microwave turning itself on an off, called Samsung and sent a live video to their support techs. He stayed on the phone with them for at least 20 minutes to ensure a full repair authorization. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! I highly recommend Action Appliance and will refer my real estate clients and friends to them. I would advise Herb Snow to give his staff some customer service training in addition to making sure they know how a...
Read moreBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely Terrible! They will not follow required manufacturer guidelines to repair your appliance!!! And their repairs will fail!!! Last year, we called for our washer/fridge/ice maker to be serviced, after numerous attempts on both, they are still not fixed. On the washer they didn't put a bolt back in and nearly ruined the washer. Now, it is still making the same noise they 'supposedly' repaired last year. On the ridge/ice maker we paid over $1200 per THEIR recommendations and we still do not have a properly working ice maker. I vowed to never use them again. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I contacted the manufacturer for a defective part/known issue on my Samsung fridge and Samsung contracted with Herb Snow and Sons. I did not have a choice in the repair company. I should have requested a new company then but decided to give them one more chance. That is my fault. The Service Manager instructed me to do something that IS NOT on the manufacturer service bulletin guidelines, after looking the bulletin up, I called to tell them that, and the owner/customer service woman was EXTREMELY rude and explained that they would have to reschedule to come out. I understand the scheduling but tried to ask why they would recommend something that was not the proper fix in the first place. She then got even more rude, and proceeded to LIE and tell me that unplugging my fridge was within guidelines. I have spoke with Samsung and they have assured me they DO NOT have any guidelines that say to unplug the fridge. The technician also used to screwdriver to pry open the ice maker and broke the face plate off (which was not per service bulletin, and has been reported to Samsung). These people are liars, manipulators, and DO NOT properly fix appliances. And what's worse is, they truly don't care whether they properly fix it or not. Do Not Do Business With Them. You will...
