Was told it would be a 5 minute wait for 1 pizza. Waited for 20 mins and watched as 6 more people ordered (each of them ordering 2-3 pizzas each) and got theirs before us. Someone finally asked what we ordered after I asked about the wait and then she just walked away without saying anything. I watched her walk into the back and make our pizza. 20 mins after we ordered and were told 5 mins, someone is finally making our food. There is no communication what so ever about how much longer it’ll be, no one told us it got overlooked and they were making it then, no apology.
When trying to ask questions we were told multiple times ‘I don’t have anything to do with that.’ Or ‘I don’t make the pizzas.’ I don’t care if you don’t have anything to do with it or you don’t make the pizzas. Find someone who does and that can answer my question. Half of the workers were running around like a chicken with their head cut off because they either didn’t have work to do or they were confused about what was going on. After half an hour we finally got our food and right as I was about to walk out of the door someone said ‘sorry for your wait.’ I turned right back around and shook that boys hand. He should be extremely proud of himself. He was the only one out of probably 10 employees that stepped up and at least tried to make it somewhat ok. I’m think he was the one boxing the pizzas. I wish I’d got his name.
I understand that it can get super busy sometimes but there needs to be communication with your customers. If one of them had come up and said it’d be a little longer or something like that, I would have been ok with waiting. It’s the complete disregard of my time and unwillingness to take responsibility from the employees that’s ridiculous. Will not be going back to this location.

Read moreThis store lacks customer service in a major way. The employees were better than the manager on Saturday evening was, but she sent the best employee home which was the only male working. Maybe I would of actually got my order if they wouldn't of sent him home. I was told ten minutes so after 20 minutes I asked, then again at 25 minutes, each time was told they were in the oven with an annoyed attitude, si finally after 30 minutes I asked for a refund to get even more attitude from the manager in which whose response was well one of hers is up and the other will be up shortly because I put in myself. Never once offered me coupons or discounts only attitude, brings the pizza that was done up there, says well we will just have to sell this to someone else, goes to register does the refund hands the employee the receipt who in returns hands it to me. So I ask if it is back on my card and she says it could take up to 24 hours. I could go on with what my daughter's and I heard the employees and manager talking about but I won't. I just will...
Read moreI haven’t left a bad review ever to a company before tonight. Ordered bread sticks and a half pizza half cheese bread. The bread sticks were burnt and the cheese bread was completely flat and hard. Had it doordashed and it was cold, which I’m sure wasn’t Lil Caesar’s fault. I drive it back myself to either get a refund or a new one made. The bad review comes from how the manager handled the situation completely escalating the whole conversation and kept repeating “I ain’t arguing with no doordash driver” “I don’t talk to doordash drivers” (I’m not a delivery driver not that it matters) 3 gentlemen came up from the back to continue to instigate the situation. As they surround me they brought my race into the situation and called me things I can’t say. Followed me out to my car while continuously saying the same insult over and over.
