Chick'n Pop — Restaurant in Wichita

Oh mah lawd this place is freakin amazing!!! I decided to try it since its close to my house and has a lot of great reviews, everyone was telling the truth! Best chicken sandwich in Wichita and is like 100x better than Chick-Fil-A. It has a great handmade taste and a TON of food for a low price. I reccomend coming at happy hour (2-5pm) and getting one of the sandwiches and Mushu fries. You get to choose 2 for 8$ and it came with a lot of fries! The actual fries weren't all that great but you do get a lot, plus the sauce and chicken they put on top makes up for it! The mushu sauce was a little sweet so fair warning to those who might not like that, get it on the side. If you're not into sweet sauces I recommend getting all the sauces on the side to be safe. Fast service and came out quick, hot, and crispy fresh! This place is made to order and still came out quick (maybe because there wasn't too many people there yet). Definitely my new favorite chicken spot and I have yet to try their boba tea which also looks great! If I could give this place 6 stars out of 5 I would. Very affordable, and a ton of food as well. Cheap price does not mean cheap quality at this place!...

Wow, super surprised of what we had today.. Usually love chick n pop! We enjoy going here almost twice a month!

Today we went out and they were out of several staple items, boba straws, brown sugar, black tea. We decided to go in anyways. No cashier showed for the first two minutes we were in, there was no music playing and no talking. We did finally get a cashier and ordered. Our order was wrong twice, and the cashier did not call any names when announcing food and drinks were ready. It was purely a guessing game between us and four other tables. Was not asked if eating in or to-go, then when getting a to go box to pack up our food, the cashier promptly got back on their phone and put their airpods in.

Chicken sandwich was really good. But I have to give them four stars because the boba tea was terrible. I don’t know if it was an off day but the bobas where the type of texture that was terrible it was practically slime and the tea itself was more like water with powder. Another thing is for my family of three we spent 50$ none of the sandwiches come with fries or a drink unfortunately 😕. I will be back for the sandwich and looking into trying the tea again. Another thing is like to mention is the young man who took our order at the counter didn’t seem interested in helping us it was our first time there and he wasn’t very friendly.
