I would have just emailed the owners about my visit today so that they could address my experience, but I could not find their info. I am not trying to trash this establishment....the space is beautiful and the drinks amazing. But, I know that the small details can make or break a small local business and I hope that this review will help them in their staff training at west central location. I arrived a couple minutes early this morning and sat in my car waiting for them to open. I know at least one person drove away while I was waiting. The sign on the entry door where we parked still said "closed" at 10:10 but I decided to try the door which was unlocked. When I informed the girls at the counter, this is the response I got...."the sign on the front window says open". No "I'm sorry you were waiting" or " thanks for letting us know". We had a question about one of the menu items and got an explanation that was Ok but certainly not very friendly....no "I'll think you'll love it, it's one of my favorites!" When our drinks were ready the staff person called my name for pick up. I totally understand that in a busy establishment, but we were the only ones in the place and I left a tip when paying. A good customer service employee would have walked the drinks out to us and told us "I hope you love these"!! When I picked up the drinks, I ask if they could turn the music down just a bit. Music is great and adds to the ambiance but it should be in the background...not something you have to talk over. The staff told me they were not allowed to touch the volume. My daughter in law and I were there for three hours. In that whole time maybe 5 other customers came in and I think half of those were their buddies, so the staff was not overworked. No one likes to be "over serviced" but one friendly "can I get you anything else" would have been nice. ALL THAT SAID, I highly recommend going for a visit. Take your book club, friends, or granddaughters! Maybe take a purse full of dixie cups so you can try out and share a bunch of...
Read moreI wish I could give this place 5 stars because it’s one of my favorite boba shops in town!! The Dragonfruit Lychee smoothie is sooo good and no other place offers that here. I’ve been going to this boba shop for almost 4 years now! But for now I’m giving 4 stars because every time I’ve gone for the last 4-5 times within the last year, my boba has been rock hard and non chewy every single time. There was even one time the boba was burnt. Thankfully I had used my free boba punch card on that drink and just asked them to take the boba out for me instead of making me a new drink as the drink itself was starting to taste burnt. This has been super duper disappointing every time as I’m not going to keep spending over $8 (I usually tip a little) just to get super hard and burnt boba every time. I don’t treat myself out to boba as much anymore, so this is a sweet treat I very much look forward to only to be disappointed every time I’ve been coming here. The service could also be better at the newly opened location! Please fix the boba issue!!! I will give this place another go in a couple weeks but if it happens again I’ll have to stop taking...
Read moreAfter shopping here for awhile, today is the first time that I encountered a lady holding a dog. However, all the staffs were attracted to her and the one that was making the drinks was about to touch the dog when I stopped her. It seems that the girl with the dog used to work there or not. Then, I warn them that they are not supposed to touch the dog while making food and neither they have to allow a pet unless it is a service dog with prove of documentation. So, they made me wait after waiting almost 15minutes for my drinks and made for the lady with the dog that came after me. They began to be rude when I was receiving my drinks. I always spent over 20 to 50$ for every trip. Now, I am done with the place and their hygiene makes me wonder if they are aware of dog allergy and...
