First of all, my kids chocolate milk went out of date days ago. That was exciting to find when I got home. Second. Every time I go to the drive through I am asked to pull forward. Regardless of the size of my order. Family order, or a couple of ice creams. Even if no one is behind me. It's not a drive through if I have to go park. Today I told the drive through attendant that I hate getting asked that. I was pretty much told to do it anyway. I pull forward and park, 30 seconds later here comes my food. Really? Why? Car behind me still in line, still don't have their food. So why? I know there's a timer that tells them if people waited in line too long at many places. But it's useless data if you cheat the system. You should expect to wait a little since you advertise food made fresh every time. Read moreI ate at this Spangles yesterday and fell in love with the crispiness of the fries Went back today to get more plus an oriental chicken salad. went through the drive thru....worst experience EVER. I waited 30 min in my car and had to call them and ask where my food was. Claimed they did not know what car I was. Wouldn't you ask the 3 cars waiting who ordered the food? So now I am late to an appointment. So when I finally got it.....the fries were soggy.i can not stand soggy fries. My Oriental chicken salad was with crispy chicken...no peanuts and ranch dressing. When I got home I had the Asian dressing which I clearly don't like and did not ask for. No ranch dressing....grrrrrrrrr I usually love Spangles. What a huge disappointment!!! Read moreWent there yesterday ordered 2 mushroom & Swiss burgers and 2 garlic parmesan bacon burgers and 1 large fry. It was supposed to be half price burgers . I asked the lady at the window what the total was she was too busy talking to another employee as she took my card. I got my receipt and saw I was charged full price. She argued that the discount was on there. She took the receipt and saw she was wrong so she said it would be taken off the card. Then she rang up the order again and swiped my card again.
