Tacos Mexican Fast Food — Restaurant in Wichita

Ordered a #8 & asked the child running the cash register if there were onions in the burrito. He told me there were no onions. I asked if he was sure & again he said no onions. I paid for my meal & waited for it to be ready. Upon receiving my order, I sat down and cut into the burrito. It was stuffed clear full of onions & peppers. I went to the counter to explain to the man who appeared to be running the store & he told me yes there are onions in their meat mix, I explained again the child had told me there weren't any. I finally went & sat down after explaining it was fine & that I'd just pick them out myself. Nobody apologized for this, nobody offered to make it right. Had I known there would have been a whole onion (exaggeration) in each burrito, I would have ordered something else. I will probably not eat here again even though all of the food was actually really good. Can't trust to get food in the way is ordered. Thank God I don't have an allergy to onions & instead just really don't like them. Is sad they are okay with losing a customer over something that could have been easily corrected. The picture shows all of the onions & peppers that I picked out of only 2 beef burritos. In my opinion that is WAY too much... If they had only served my order without onions as I asked & was told there weren't any, then I would have given it 5 stars easily. **to the owner, PLEASE, don't contact me about my review, I'm not looking for anything from this business. I don't want my money back & I don't want any offers...

Got the carne asada quesadillas or #30 on the menu. These were flavorless and extremely disappointing. The picture on the menu shows green peppers and onions in it.... The pricing on the menu also says $5.80. We ordered two #30 carne asada combos and a large horchata. The total was $18.60. NOT INCLUDING the tip we gave the lady (b4 opening our boxes...) I could have thrown some meat and cheese on a tortilla for a fraction of the cost at home... at least then it would have some flavor to it! Highly disappointed with my visit, NOT returning, DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you order the Kansas/Colorado burrito. Heard they are pretty bomb here. Can't say from experience. Was visiting from out of town. Love Mexican food but this place is the worst I have had this far. I am a cook and if you think this is good food let me cook for you. This is NOT the place for u if your pallet is advanced. Dry steak, brown lettuce, and no tomatoes when there was supposed to be. Asked for extra onion and cilantro they didn’t even give me it when he said ok. Then when I asked for my money back he asked what was wrong but with attitude. Acted like he didn’t wanna give me my money back. I tipped them too and I should have took that back too but I didn’t take it that far. Don’t go here…. For good food you can eat anywhere but here and it would be better than this....
