I want to start by pointing out that this is now the THIRD time this scenario has happened to us at this exact location and the manager doesn't even care enough to return my phone call to apologize or discuss it. The first time they actually closed the store down an hour and 10 minutes early at least. (I'm not sure how long it was closed before we arrived and there was no notice on the door) The second time, they were out of all meat. Now this time. This location needs a serious overhaul on staff and/or their training and procedures. Let me remind everyone that this store advertises that they close at 10pm on weekdays. (Tuesday specifically in this case) However, at 9:20 pm on Tuesday we walked in to this location and the EXTREMELY rude girl behind the counter who was in the process of serving the person in the drive-thru who arrived minutes AFTER we did snarled that they were out of bread completely and that we needed to leave. Now I get things happen, although, here are my issues with the situation... 1. It was 40 MINUTES before they closed, that should not happen if you are properly prepared and/or doing your job cuz let's face it, you HAD TO NOTICE that you were running low at some point and since the morning staff has to have bread when they open, you obviously have it at your store to make when needed. I mean come on! 2. The fact that she was making sandwiches for the person in the drive-thru was clear she had bread she just didn't want to do her job. It was close to closing and she wanted to leave instead of serve her employer's customers. Now this is a HUGE issue for me. If a PAYING CUSTOMER takes the time to come to your business based on your HOURS OF OPERATION then it is your JOB to serve them your merchandise. You are OPEN FOR BUSINESS until 10pm. That means until 10pm you DO NOT turn your customers away. Period. 3. The attitudes that we encounter at this store are reprehensible especially considering they are SERVING THE PUBLIC. I dont know if the morning/afternoon staff is any better but the evening staff is noteworthy for sure! (I just wish that is...
Read moreI went through the drive through with my three kids. When I got home, got everyone at the table and served I noticed that my sandwich had no cheese and was not toasted. My son opened his sandwich, it had no cheese either, nor was it toasted, and was on the wrong bread. After opening my little ones' sandwiches, I noticed they had turkey instead of tuna..... Every single sandwich was wrong. I called this Subway and they said that I can come back in and bring all the sandwiches so they can be remade or I can keep the sandwiches and they can offer me one free sandwich later. I loaded the kids back into the car and we headed back to the Subway to get our sandwiches remade. They remade the sandwiches but didn't offer even a coupon in apology. Infact, the lady (I think the manager) said that was all they could do. I gave two stars instead of one because the man who remade our sandwiches was really nice and explained that there was a glitch in the computer. I guess the manager assumed on the kids meals because she could see that my order started with a "T" and the price wasn't quite adding up. Anyway, we got home again and my sandwich nor my son's sandwich was toasted again. I saw the guy put our sandwiches in the toaster oven this time though so maybe their toaster oven is broken, idk. I should also add that the meat was so nasty.... And I usually really like Subway. Plus I'm pregnant and was craving...
Read moreI went to Subway and ordered 1 Black Forest Ham. I will admit, Subway is not the way it used to be. The Lettuce was all brown and kinda soggy, there was flies inside flying around the food. I said never will I eat at Subway again. I was told by many people that Subway food is not fresh anymore and don't really care. This is people's food we're talking here. At the end of the day, Subway do not take the necessary precautions to make sure they veggies stay fresh, they close the lid down each night and resell that exact same food the very next day to customers, having people think they are getting fresh food but in reality it's a no. I kid you not, I heard it from many people who worked there and was told that's what the employees do is close the lid down on where all the food be at, you know in the front of where you all order your food, that lid above, that one. Next time someone goes to Subway, pay attention and look at the food and the Lettuce they are serving, look at all of it. I know fresh when I see it. See...
