Lizzy's Gentlemen's Club — Restaurant in Wichita

I stopped by on a Tuesday night, so I wasn’t expecting much to begin with. There were four dancers, a bartender, and a doorman. The doorman and bartender were both friendly, which was a nice start, and the drinks were strong and tasted fine.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience went downhill fast. The club is small, strangely lit, and the bathrooms are in bad shape with a smell. There’s mandatory tipping in the stage area, which was made clear at the door and posted on signs. The lighting is also odd — the pool table area is lit up like a hospital waiting room compared to the rest of the dark club. The décor is a random mix of things with no real theme, which makes the place feel disorganized and cluttered.

What really turned me off, though, was one of the dancers, Lilith. Right before going on stage, was loudly complaining about another club that didn’t hire her. She then announced that $1 bills “aren’t real money,” that only $100s counted, and combated me that $2 bills are “bad luck.” Hearing that, I decided to take my “fake money” elsewhere.

To be fair, I can see where some of the bad attitude might come from — the bar had paperwork sitting out that showed dancers were assigned different cleaning duties, and it looked like Lilith was responsible for the bathrooms. I’ve never been to a club where the entertainers also have to clean the toilets, but I guess there’s a first...

Went in on a Monday evening. Decided to play some pool and was hoping to see some beautiful women dancing. Walked in, was greeted by the guy that takes the cover charge. Cool dude. Noticed right off the bat that there there no ladies on stage or anywhere to be seen. Guy up front told me 4 ladies were working. 3 of which were outside and 1 in the changing room. Cool. Started playing some pool. Played 6 games. The whole time they were at the bar, on there phones. Not one time was I greeted or talked too. Music was wack. Like I get Mondays suck. They are slow. But come on, there was no interaction at all! I used to come here a couple years ago. The atmosphere was amazing. Ladies were great and actually communicated. Walked in here one night to check it out and saw something that truly sets this gentleman’s club apart from the rest in the area, it’s a relaxed but fun environment with girls of all shapes and sizes, literally someone there for everyone. You don’t see many clubs around here have plus size dancers and it is impressive the diversity Lizzy’s offeres, the girls are fun and very sweet. They all work together and everyone act like family, the drinks at the bar were amazing too, best bar in town! 10/10 I do recommend. I will definitely be back to see the ladies...
