At about 6 pm on Sunday January 9th 2022, I placed an order through the McDonalds mobile app and was given a verification code. When I got to the food window I was initially handed the wrong order. When we gave it back to them, they asked us what our order was I gave them the same AE16 verification code and my last name that I had given at the first window. They asked for a receipt and I told them I had not been given one. They said they needed to see my phone because they had no order. I told them that my phone had died just after getting to the first window. Instead of trying to resolve our issue, the manager on Duty named Russell said he had nothing to go on and we would need to pay right now if we wanted anything. We were in the drive through a very long time and I’m sure the people behind us weren’t happy either. We paid for our food but not at the discounted rate we had gotten on the app. When I got home and charged my phone and saw that not only had the order processed through the app but the charge processed through the bank as well. So, we paid twice for the food and once without the discount. I’ve never had a problem with the app before but they seemed incredibly disorganized, handing us someone else’s order to begin with. I’m very unhappy and would not suggest this...
Read morenight crew is trash. older woman at first window isn't friendly at all, and doesn't care about your order because she's miserable with herself. it isn't the customer's fault that she has no other choice but to work there, so she should take it out on herself instead of losing her patience whenever the order is just a little complex. People are paying for their food though, so maybe there needs to be more consideration if the store cares about their sales. Just a thought.
No one listens and your order ends up inaccurate. I have to check before I leave so I don't find something missing when I go home. This has happened several times now and they still don't care. They all care more about hanging out like it's high school, which is probably why they work there in the first place. I'm generally very polite to fast-food workers, but not when I'm treated like a nuisance all because I'm hungry and this location is convenient.
If it was their food they ordered, I'm sure they would expect the same treatment so maybe they should work on treating other human beings more respectfully instead of a pain in their rear. maybe if they value their jobs, they'll do better in the future. Don't work there if you don't need the money, because not everyone deserves to be treated so...
Read moreMost the time I feel completely annoying to even exist when they interact with me (or even my coworker when they drive) almost like it's unbearable that they need to work there and help us. And with as little talking that they do, all avoiding eye contact, you'd think they at least use that empty time to look at the orders before they send them out. There is ALWAYS something missing. From basic sauces always there, to extra additions (still charged though), or entire items(charged) . ALWAYS. (Only go after work, so I can't speak for day shift) The one time I mentioned that an item was forgot and to please make sure to add it, they forgot it, but still were rude taking the money . Might start driving further on the way home from work just to eat at a different location, I've lost so much money to this locations incompetence. I've worked at similar facilities before, this is past "cutting them slack", this is just people who don't care about their job. They just get more mad and rude and purposely mess with your food if you complain. If you can avoid this location/ don't mind driving a bit out of this the way, then don't go here , especially when the...
