Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita

I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks through papa John’s website. The site switched it from papa John’s delivering to door dash, I have no door dash account. No problem though. We did get our order, I tipped well due to the weather. The order got here, in decent time. We got our pizzas but we didn’t get our breadsticks. I told the door dash guy, Nathan, really nice guy, he said he would tell them. I called to ask them what to do. I pressed 5 to speak to a manager. Lauren answered the phone. I asked about the breadsticks. She told me to wait while she went and looked. She put me on hold then hung up on me after about 2 minutes. I called back and asked again about my breadsticks. Lauren answered and I told her I was calling again about my breadsticks. She said that it was from door dash and I had to deal with them. Before I could ask how I was supposed to do that, again, never used door dash, she hung up on me. She was so angry and hateful. I am picky about my pizza. I give specific instructions. No Pepper in the box. Put the pepperoni under the cheese. To try and avoid issues I call in. I can’t find a spot in the app where I can confirm these 2 requests. I looked up the number that was listed for the store I planned to go to. Call was answered by a call center I am not sure it was in this country. Very hard to understand. They were not able to accept my request so they transferred me to the store. I repeated my order they repeated it back to me. I sent a friend to pick it up. They did not put the pepper in the box but but covered the cheese with pepperoni. Called in a delivery order, 2 lg pizzas, cheese sticks, and extra sauces, that we paid extra for. Food gets dropped off with no sauces. Since I paid for them, I wanted them. So I called and asked about them and got told they couldn't send a driver out for just sauces. No other offer extended or anything, so I said if I paid for them and no refund or anything, then I want them. Put on hold for 5 min, got told it would be 30 min before someone could drop them off. Didn't take that long, but then the wrong sauces were dropped off! It was in the order, absolutely no reason for a mess up. Oh and I had tipped the driver over 25% on top of the order... terrible...
