Stopped in this evening to order a sandwich. I was the only person there so they weren’t busy. The girl (dark hair with maybe some blue) working behind the counter was extremely rude the second I walked in. I told her the sandwich I wanted and said just no tomato and she rudely said, “you can tell me your veggies when we get down there”. Then she asked what kind of bread I wanted 3 different times and she kept walking off. The fourth time she asked, she walked clear down to the register while I was down by the bread and rudely asked AGAIN while she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty snarky look, “what kind of bread?” After I kindly ignored and dealt with her attitude long enough, I told her “you’re being extremely rude and have a terrible attitude so I’ll take my business elsewhere.” I walked out and I will not be back! I understand everyone has bad days but you don’t treat your customers like that. I was nothing but kind to her until I finally had enough of her rudeness. By reading other reviews, it’s sounds like there’s been multiple issues with this particular staff member. Perhaps they should handle her before they lose...
Read moreI’m a 3 strikes type of person. I will always give a place a try a second, and even a third time, after a bad experience. However, after the 3rd, I will never be back. Today was their 3rd. More so, all 3 strikes were in a row. First time I walk in and no one’s behind the counter. 2-3 people walk in and still no one around to help. Eventually we all left without being helped. Second time, I walk in and there’s several people waiting. Worker is in the back and lets everyone sit out there unhelped. Finally walks out and tells everyone the system is down. So we waited 5-10 min JUST to find out the systems down? Should’ve been the first thing he told people as they walk in. Today, last strike, I go in and stand in line. Get up to the front and I tell the lady I want Italian herbs and cheese bread. She THEN tells me all they have is wheat then proceeds to pull a loaf out like I didn’t have a choice. Nope! I left. Read moreSo we went to a closer Subway that evening and unfortunately this location at Central and ridge only had wheat bread. We realized subways close at 9:00 and we still had 20 minutes to make it to the Tyler location. We arrived into our surprise we still had 15 minutes and the doors were locked. A staff member approached the door and informed my son-in-law they were closed. No reason for closing 15 minutes early and really left me feeling unsettled about that. I believe any restaurant should still stay open till their hours and at least if they were short on something off for something different I mean there wasn't even that option. It made me feel like I needed to call their main office the next day. I didn't call and I actually forgotten about it but doing this review it was meant for me to at least say something about it.
