My name is Ruben and I have been a regular customer of yours ever since you were just the food truck, I have always enjoyed your food and when this location opened up that was close to us, me and my wife were so excited! We are a regular customer at this location guaranteed every Friday and spend at least 40-60$. Some of the staff even know my order because of us being a regular customers. Now with that being said I have NEVER had to deal with the service I received yesterday 6/6/25 8:00pm from an older heavier set lady, I paid for my large order and when I received the food I only received 2 tacos out of the 10 that I ordered and paid for and then was told that she did not know how to make a refund and that there was going to be a 10 minute longer wait to make the other tacos that I did not receive, at that point I asked if they could remake the other food that I ordered so it doesn’t get cold and soggy, I was told no and that she would have to charge me again for everything being remade! That’s is absolutely absurd and I did start to get irritated at this point, and I expressed my frustration to her. I kept it respectful however she did not! she said if I wanted my food then I needed to shut up and that I was already over the sauce limit, because it’s 1 sauce per 6 tacos! That’s crazy! I have never been told that before ever! I can say that my family is very hot sauce friendly, and we like a lot of sauce and we each have a different one that we like so yeah I do agree that it’s a lot but when I order 12 tacos and a super nacho and 2 rice 2 beans I don’t expect it to be an issue, especially since it NEVER has been until now with her. She humiliated me and caused a scene for her mistake! Unfortunately you will be losing a weekly customer Beto refuse to go in and order if she is working! We love and enjoy the fun and have loved seeing how much you have grown and have visited from every location! This unfortunate incident has truly saddened me and hurts me to even leave this review. The girl working 11/21 at 1:00am was EXTREMELY rude. I asked if I could get a Al Pastor taco with only cilantro and she simply told me no. When I asked why she said I HAD to cilantro and onion. (If this is a fact that's very wrong of the chain to do). I asked for cheese on my taco, to which she also said no. Alright fine. I settled for corn in a cup.

The corn in a cup did not have everything in it that is should have. I didn't bother asking her to fix it because of how mean and rude she had already been.

The horchata was very good. My boyfriend got the hot cheeto burrito which he said was very good. The food seems alright. But service...

Best churros around. The food is exceptional, the salsa bar is very good, and Im going to be returning often. Eating here took me back to a place I haven't experienced since as a teen. The churros especially, after taking one bite, took me back to my hometown in California and made me miss home more than ever, but I'm the best kind of way.
