Had the 4321 Challenge on Saturday. Advertised as 4 triple patty burgers and 2 lbs of fries in 1 hour. Meal is free if I were to finish in the allotted timeframe. After starving myself for a day, the first burger felt like a warm summer day with world peace and nirvana and heaven co-existing in steamy, cheesy, freshly smashed beef patties. Hands down top 5 burgers I've ever had in my more-than-30-less-than-40 years of life. Second burger tasted like riding a unicorn in an enchanted burger forest with fairies and happy-thought glitter falling from the potato trees. Every bite of the 3rd burger felt like a sack of evil granite rocks falling into my stomach. The mental fortitude to swallow meat down my gullet with a belly that full was too much of an obstacle going into the 4th burger. Touched three fries. Ate one, dropped one on the floor, looked at another and put it back. Other patrons cheered me on but the choice to enjoy the rest of the Saturday or potentially vomit a volcano of smashed meat, cheese, and potatoes was clear in all scenarios predicted by Dr. Strange. The cashier yelled "you can do it!" half way through the third burger. It was a cheerful "I believe in you but I'm not going to hold my breath" kind of cheer. For $30, this 4 person buffet on a tray was a superb bargain. If you decide to do this challenge and ask yourself if you should look forward to or dread the poop to come later, the...
Read moreI almost gave 3 stars but honestly wasn’t the best experience. It was my first time trying the food so we order the tots, chips, and fries with the triple burger and spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy was okay. Like it’s not bad not great either though. The triple was pretty good. The meat fell apart pretty easy to bite. So that is definitely a positive for that sandwich, I just would definitely say it lacks some flavor though. But the sides…we asked for extra ketchup which we got none, the fries didn’t have salt, the chips were under cooked, BUT the tots were great. They are a good amount of crunchy, but aren’t over done by no means. Oh and we ordered a shake since they’re half priced 2-5 to try. NOT good. If you like a watered down milk with an ice texture then you’ll love it… So out of the 6 items: one was great, two were okay, three were not very appetizing. Just a good fyi based off my personal experience.
Do got to say I think a lot of it came from the workers rushing too though. We went through the drive btw. It took about 15-20 minutes ish with two cars ahead of us. Which also they need help or it’s posted out front. I just say though, with us already waiting it would’ve been okay to take a couple more minutes for the food to be handled with more care. Definitely wouldn’t...
Read moreI stopped by a couple of weeks ago for the first time. The service was really friendly and they had my order out quickly. I ordered the regular cheeseburger and fries. The fries were great...probably homemade and cooked perfectly. Then came the burger. In a word...soggy. I got greasy fingers just opening the paper it was wrapped in and then really greasy fingers and hands when picking it up. I put it down between bites and grabbed napkin after napkin wiping my hands and fingers clean. The mustard wasn't distributed equally and there were a couple of bites that were "mustard burger." ("Would you like some burger with your mustard?") I mean, it was oozing out of the sandwich in some places. The decor was cute and has a 60's muscle car/Route 66 theme. Tiny seating area that hadn't been swept for several hours. For half the price I could get a better burger elsewhere...McDouble at McDonalds, double stack at Wendy's, etc., and just about the same size. And for about the same money I could go next door to Sonic and get twice the burger. The fries were wonderful, but not enough to bring...
