Remington was great in store when purchasing out couch! The delivery driver was not. When we got the call that they had been waiting at our house for 10 minutes and they just needed someone to answer the door so they could drop out furniture (did not get the 30 minute before call). He was rude and disrespectful. I showed up at my house 7 minutes later he was very rude and snippy until I yelled at him in my own home. Then we unwrapped the furniture and there is a hole in one spot and an area that looks plucked out. We tried to schedule for a repair. A Reyna informed us that she could not guarantee a repair after 3:45 ( the time we needed) and that they only did repairs M-F 10-5. She also made a comment âas I said beforeâ in a text message to us. When I called to speak to someone regarding the unprofessionalism and also see if we could get it scheduled after 3:45 Jessica was very helpful and wonderful and said we most certainly can and that they also have Saturday hours. Now to the day of the repair we had someone come out and repair the 2 spots on our couch and was left with a cushion that was missing half of it stuffing. When he left he didnât even put the couch back together and he just grabbed his stuff and said I need a signature because Iâm done. We noticed this after he had left half of the stuff was missing out of the cushion so I called back up to the customer service line And asked to speak to the store manager of the actual store instead of dealing with customer service at this point. I get connected with Paloma and she was wonderful. She was super nice about everything. I explained everything to her about what has happened and she said I am so sorry that everything like this has happened to you guys. It sounds like everything has gone downhill for you except for the buying process , she was about Remington at the store getting it delivered scheduled to be delivered wasnât bad getting delivered was where it all started. Now we have to wait to have someone come out and fix our couch again. All this back-and-forth makes us not even want the couch anymore. We love the couch at home. Weâve enjoyed having it so far, but the company itself has turned out to be a complete nightmare except for Jessica and Paloma theyâre the only two that have treated us right you have actually been helpful and who actually seem to want to be helpful for...

First, Barry, the manager at Ashley West was texting me, PRETENDING TO BE A WOMAN named Michelle. Completely creepy. The wait time for getting my furniture was usually much longer than anticipated. Pieces I wanted that were online- but werenât in store- could not be ordered. A piece I did order, that had âadjustable shelvesâ came with all the shelves screwed in. The floor model was a different height than my bed, so the wrong box spring was ordered. The second load came and the delivery guys just left it in boxes, even though I had full delivery. They argued with me for 20 minutes about it. It took two weeks to get them in to build my dresser (that was NOT listed online as assembly required.) The guy called wanting to come over two hours early and was mad I wasnât home. When I got home, he was sitting outside my door; I asked if he was âthe furniture guyâ and he responded âunfortunately.â He is here now- taking forever to build my dresser- and keeps randomly leaving. None of this was worth it. As much as I absolutely love Jay, I should have walked away after Creepy Barry. Very disappointed with this whole experience. âšď¸
Editing my review after their response. They defended Barry faking like he was somebody else, when a much better response would have been, "Hey, Michelle is on vacation - I'm her manager, Barry, and I would love to help you out." That's it. That's all it would take. Instead he continued to have conversations, faking to be Michelle.
ALSO - the guy finished my dresser and left huge gaps in it. I sent pictures to Reyna on Saturday - but I have not heard back yet. There is no "make it right" with them - they would say they wanted to but bigger and bigger issues kept happening - every time.
