Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE and let me just say, it was an experience worth talking about.
Appetizers: We kicked off our meal with the famed Bloomin' Onion. This starter is a must-try, with its crispy, flavorful batter perfectly complementing the onion's natural sweetness. It set a high bar for the rest of the meal.
Main Course: For the main course, we opted for a variety of dishes:
Pork Chops: Juicy and tender, these were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning.
Combo of Sirloin and Bloomin' Chicken: The sirloin was cooked exactly as ordered, tender and flavorful. The Bloomin' Chicken, with its crispy coating and succulent meat, was a delightful counterpart to the steak.
Dessert: To wrap up our meal, we indulged in the Tim Tam Cake. This dessert was a revelation—rich, chocolatey, and downright delicious. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
Service: Our server, Sarah, deserves a special mention. Energetic and genuinely nice, she made our dining experience even more enjoyable with her friendly demeanor and attentive service.
Ambiance: The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to dine. The only hiccup was a $2.99 charge for accidentally clicking the "play games" option on the touch screen console. A minor inconvenience, but entirely my fault.
Overall: OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE proved to be a wonderful place to dine. With delicious food, excellent service, and a cozy ambiance, it's a restaurant I'll definitely be returning to.

Read moreWe went to Outback in Wildwood, Florida for lunch on Friday, February 28, 2025, a short three days after their grand opening and it was a wonderful experience! The food was delightful. My husband had the bloomin' fried chicken and l had the 8 oz sirloin. My husband's chicken was moist and tender and he loved it. My steak was cooked to perfection and very tender! I ordered two servings of the fresh steamed vegetables of zucchini and carrots. That could have turned out to be a mistake but they were amazing! The zucchini was not overcooked and mushy yet the carrots were not undercooked! Who does that? Great job Chef! But what really made the day worthy of posting a review was the staff, especially the young man who was our server, Ray. He was pleasant, professional, thoughtful, and attentive. It drives me crazy when a server comes to check on you when you just took a big bite of something and your mouth is so full you can only nod your head, no matter what you might really need! Yet Ray's timing was impeccable! And he never left us for too long or came too often. You are a great server, Ray! Keep up the good work and thank you for making our first visit to Outback not our last! We will come back and...
Read moreMy visit was 5/18/25. Knowing that you all just recently opened up, I do not want to be to mean about my review, however, the best part of my meal was the bread. I will say, however, when we did get our bread, we did not get any plates to put it on. Our server, Nelson was very friendly, however, there was a young man who was a food runner who had his hair down around his face hanging all over the food. As he delivered it, he really should have had his hair tied back. I asked for a medium well filet., And I got a medium rare. With no flavor whatsoever, it had no seasoning on it. A lobster tail with very bland the salad had wilted lettuce in it. We also ordered the blooming shrimp which was over cooked and the oil in your fryers needs to be changed. And as far as I could see our server, Nelson, was the only one with a personality. And it was very, very warm in the restaurant I was sweating. I have been in this business for over 18 years. From what I saw or all of your servers were very monotone. I wish you all the best of luck, but I probably will...
